Our two bedroom 3 bath condo is a large (2200 square feet), comfortable unit located right on the beach in El Anclote. Steps from one of the best family friendly surfbreaks on the coast, it also has all the comforts of home! Our condo building (formerly known as Hotel Cinco) has two pools (one rooftop) and one at the beach level. The restaurant located in our bullding provides super dinner options as well as the numerous beachfront restaurants all along the street. The unit has a complete kitchen with top level appliances so if cooking is your thing -- you've got the tools to do it! The master bedroom has a kingsized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds and a private bath. There is a guest bath located in between as well. Our unit has a sound system to hook up to your electronic devices, wi-fi, and televisions in the living room and the master bedroom. Individual air conditioners in each room allow you to regulate the temperature to your liking. We have an Apple TV device and even left a few of our favorite DVD's for viewing! Save a money on rentals because our unit offers a complete recreation package for the ocean -- we have various sizes of booties for tidepooling or playing in the ocean, 2 boogie boards, various snorkeling equipment for 4, 2 standup paddleboards, and surfboards for use as our guests. We even have some lifevests for children if needed.We are located in a small condo building (that used to be run as a hotel) on the beach in Punta de Mita. Welcome to our home away from home, where you'll be just steps from the sand and great surfing! We are truly a beach front building with our own private access to the beach. Our spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom unit is ready to provide you with a home base at the beach. We have 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Our small 12-unit complex is located just a few minutes walk from local restaurants, fishing trips, whale watching tours, and surfing lessons. There is a surf school right outside our beach gate.Each of our two bedrooms has a king size bed with a 5" gel memory foam topper for extra comfort. Each room has an air conditioner controlled by a remote, as well as ceiling fans throughout to keep you nice and cool on those hot days. We have a collection of books, puzzles, and games and the perfect living room table for puzzle assembly!Our private patio opens to the pool and our new hot tub. Our fully equipped kitchen will meet your needs including dinnerware, silverware, stemware, and cookware. If you like to grill out, please enjoy the outdoor kitchen by the pool, which is complete with a bar area, small refrigerator, and a gas grill. If cooking is not your thing, there are many restaurants along the beach within a 5 minute walk from the condo, as well as several locally owned food carts. We have high-speed internet (fiber optic), a Smart TV for streaming (bring your Amazon Fire TV stick or equivalent), and a brand new washer/dryer. Our place has high end finishes including granite counter tops throughout and travertine tiled baths.
