Menorca is the cleanest hotel me and my family has stayed at . The place is our go to holiday and we love it so much the food is great the drinks are amazing also it was a nice and quite place I would definitely recommend the pools were nice , mini disco was good

Went for a 4 day hen holiday and it was fantastic! The apartment was clean and easily slept 4 . Had a nice kitchen area, lots of space and storage available. The bathroom was very nice, Modern and clean. The hotel restaurants, bars etc were all Very clean, the pool was lovely, always a good verity of food and drinks available, very friendly staff & entertainers who made our holiday a blast! Lots of activities available and definitely family friendly Will definitely return.

Hotel che deve aver visto tempi migliori come gestione. Turismo a prevalenza inglese . Cibo pessimo,spesso immangiabile,freddo,di qualità meno che scarsa. Piatti esauriti spesso non riforniti.cib spesso frequentato da mosche. Nessuna indicazione ad allergeni. Stanza che puzza di fogna e nulla è stato fatto nonostante le segnalazioni,se non farla ripulire ...ma il problema erano le tubature. (Non ci hanno cambiato stanza ) Spazi comuni scarsamente puliti. Chiesto più volte uno stendino per i costumi:sempre promesso,ma mai avuto. Spiaggia nel paese accanto (non è dell'hotel): piccola e sporca. Alghe perenni e NESSUNA manutenzione. Spesso coda per accedere ai ristoranti. Ristoranti italiano e messicano difficilissimi da prenotare,a pagamento. Biciclette inutilizzabili. Pomeriggio piscina coperta a pagamento . Assistenza Francorosso scarsissima e poco empatica,con animatore Francorosso del luogo che tende ad inserirsi non richiesto,tra le parti. Animazione italiana praticamente assente la sera,ma adesso utilizza numero cellulare per invitare(!!!)ai vari giochi caffè (una delle rare attività):inopportuno . Nessuna assistenza in aereoporto . In questa vacanza Ho affittato un'auto aumentando così notevolmente il costo della stessa,per andare altrove. Giudizio assolutamente negativo.

Residence d'une propreté exemplaire. Appropriée à des vacances en famille reposantes. Personnel très agréable. Le seul bémol se trouve au niveau des terrains de tennis un peu dégradé. Et personnellement, j'aurais aimé que la piscine soit un peu chauffée. Quoi qu'il en soit nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

It was a bit of a last minute booking and we are pleased we did, what a great resort. Open (not feeling as if there were lots of people on top of you), fresh air, loungers in front of your balcony if you were on the ground floor. The staff make the difference, the kindest, most smiling people I've ever seen. Great facilities, yes some could have a bit of maintenance but we were at the end of the season so I'm sure it's being done while the resort is closed. Fantastic pools (chilly for the adults but the kids wouldn't get out). The food was extensive, the salad bar was fully loaded everyday! On 2 of the 14 days the meat counter was not to my taste but that's a personal opinion. The kids never complained and always had something different to eat / try We will most definitely go again

We had a great time. I was nervous after some reviews, but I always take them with a pinch of salt as we all have different standards etc. We are a family of 3 (18 month old) We had a ground floor terrace room, 5411. Loved it. Bottom of the hill, so near the main pool and bar. Kids pool os the top of the hill. Yes I didnt enjoy the hill, bit meant I earn my many many meals and wine. My daughter loved the splash park, and brilliant play parks. She found the pools cold, yes they were chilly but she was being dramatic, I liked it. For kids this is an amazing place. So much for them to do' cant adult for kids at all. Food is good. Drinks are all brand and really good. Ice creams all day. Snacks if needed. We had two meals out. One in punta prima at Aire which was good, nice to sit on the beach. And one I Mahon, we got the bus in for lunch and a walk. Would definitely come again. Would maybe rent a car for the day to explore more beaches. We really did have a lovely time. I highly recommend. Rooms were clean. Cleaners came every day. Aswe had a little one the bar have us a bottle to take away to sit on our terrace once she was asleep. Cot was comfy. She is fussy. Take non slip weg shoes for kids as its slippy by the pools. Towels you need to rent and get deposit back. Lovely indoor pool you can use for families in the morning 10 till 2. Hope its helpful .

Mixed feelings about this holiday. The apartment was great, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately first impressions weren't great when we had to queue for over an hour to check in. After being up all night it wasn't helpful. Reception staff were lovely but seemed to plod and didn't seem at all bothered by the huge queue. Some staff were friendly but a majority were just ticking the box. In the main restaurant tables were set with just wine glasses although almost everyone had water. When we asked for more glasses it was as if we were being annoying. The hot food on the whole was only warm. I asked for some butter one night as the plate was empty and more butter was bought out on the same smeared plate not a clean one. In the top restaurant I noticed staff took unused cutlery where people had eaten and put it back to go straight out to someone else. Queues yo eat dinner could be 15 minutes or more. There were loads of wasps and more flies than I've ever seen anywhere which is off putting. Having stayed at 5 star hotels in the past I would have to say that this is more like a 3 star and too expensive for the standards of food received

Lovely site and rooms very clean but the food and drinks were awful. Husband was really ill first evening after eating fish at lunch. So many times we picked food which had under cooked meat/fish luckily we didn’t eat it if not would have been ill. The food was not hot and on last night every bit (meat, veg, gravy) was totally cold. The drinks were also not great. At meal times larger/soft drinks were bottled and not too bad but at the bars the larger was so gassy. The self serve drinks were also full of wasps. If you wanted a hot drink these were served in a paper cup. Ok at the pool bars but why in the evening entertainment area? We were given 2 bottles of water in the room on arrival but these are never replenished (as with other 4/5 star hotels). You had to take the bottles and refill, this would have been ok but the cleaner kept taking the empty bottles from our room! Entertainment staff aside, the bar and waiting staff were so miserable and at times very rude! Not a 5 star. I wouldn’t return. Oh and 10 days after returning I still haven’t had my security deposit for pool towels put back on my credit card! Not happy!
