Bimbolla Apartaments
"The hotel service is excellent, very pleasant, you have the beach close by, in the same hotel there is a bar to have a drink whenever you want. The pool was excellent, everything neat and clean. A place to relax and have a great time Without a doubt I would repeat again 🙌"
Insotel Punta Prima Prestige Suites & Spa
"Amazing experience. The hotel & staff were perfect. Food options provided gave plenty of choice and were of great quality. This was the 3rd time we have been to the hotel and it gets better each time"
Hotel Xaloc Playa
"Just arrived home from a lovely 6 night stay at this fab hotel. 5 Mins from a lovely sandy beach. Most people who we spoke to had been here many times before. I will definitely be back. My first time to Menorca and loved it. So relaxing and quiet. We even managed to watch the England match against Norway in the hotel bar.(commentary in French, but who cares ,we won)The hotel staff were so friendly and so happy to help. Room was cleaned every day we were there. Food was spot on plenty of choice for breakfast and our evening meal. We had lunch from the lunchtime snack bar one afternoon. Very Tasty. I emailed the hotel a week before we arrived and ordered a fridge which was in our room when we arrived. Our room was ready when we arrived which was 1pm.Overall this hotel is lovely. Would highly recommend 👌 x"

"Where do I start im still at hotel only 3 days of torture arrived 10th July room was not ready until 3pm that's fine no issues normal at most hotels no sunbeds at all think its 6am sun bed wars 3 small pools not enough sunbeds for the people have to use a plastic cup for drinks from pool bar I can understand why they do this they do not fill cups up rooms are so small ours was smaller than most people's front room need to leave card details at reception we had to go buy milk and water but they have kettle and coffee in the room the food was always empty popular food always gone if u like chips you be fine 2 minute walk to beach that was nice best think about this holiday is the weather hotel is dreary outdated food is awful if you can get it if u want a sunbed don't come here unless u wanna be up early 4 star I would probably give it 2/3 amenities and service is non existent"
Comitas Isla del Aire
"Was greeted with a drink on arrival. The lack of literature on arrival to know the facilities and area I feel needs addressing. I can't complain about the apartment as it was well equipped for us as self catering. Room was kept clean. I feel the towels were of a slight grey colour and may need replacing. The bar charges for a can of Guinness I have to address €6 per can. The TV does not allow you to watch channels as bad reception so not worth having it at all in the room. If you want peace and quiet then avoid as it was kid central. No bars and lack of choice of restaurants in area. Not much to do. I did read previous reviews but feel they did not provide accurate information. We do tend to come knowing children are at school but in this instance should be at school!"
Insotel Punta Prima Resort
"We travelled the first week of June with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren of 4 years and 2 x 2 years in one bedroom ground floor apartments next to each other 5311 and 5312. Our daughter primarily chose the hotel because of its good reviews for families including 2 splash pools. I was happy with her choice as Tui rated the hotel 5* which we usually book but it wasn’t in my opinion, it’s let down by a couple of issues which is a shame as it could be rectified with some investment and offer a true 5* experience to guests. In a nutshell: Food was lukewarm, bland, not what I expect from a 5* hotel. I accept some food has to be repetitive but in particular some of main hot dishes during the dinner service were dreadful but none of us were ill nor did we hear of or see any sickness. We preferred the Italian restaurant at the top pool for our lunchtime snacks. The AI wine wasn’t too bad but the Prosecco was very sweet so not for me. Branded spirits available but if you drink gin make sure you ask for your required brand otherwise you could end up with the local Menorcan gin! Bathrooms - very dated with old/dirty grouting (showers good and powerful), however, there is a separate bath, large vanity area around the sink lots of towels provided and changed regularly. Our daughter’s bathroom didn’t have a window so smelt very musty and there was a lot of block mould within her shower cubicle but ours was fine. Bedroom, living areas - very spacious but wardrobe/cupboard doors need updating – very cheap and dated looking. The tap on our kitchenette sink was upside down and loose. Beds very comfortable, bedside tables with drawers which is always a plus for me and generally lots of storage is both rooms. I don’t appreciate having to pay to use the room safe in a 5* hotel, nor having to leave deposits for towels. Entertainment - Professional acts from outside were quite good but shows put on by entertainment team very amateur and not what I expect from 5* hotel. Entertainment for adults after 10.30pm might be a good idea as there is nothing for those not holidaying with children and Punta Prima is a very small resort with just a handful of restaurants and a couple of bars. The sound system in the entertainment room was dreadful – couldn’t hear nor understand what the compere was introducing. Grounds Fantastic, beautifully tidy and well maintained. Pools Again, beautiful and well thought-out. Great splash pools for young children to be entertained. Staff All staff extremely helpful and friendly with the exception of two female “greeters” at the dinner service who both used to raise their eyebrows as we were a party needing a table with 5 chairs plus 2 highchairs! Everything beautifully clean and well looked after but the Insotel Punta Prima could be a truly fantastic 5* hotel if the negative points were addressed. Maybe money has been used to create the “Prestige” experience at the expense of the rest o"
