Comitas Isla del Aire

Arrived late due to delayed flight but was met by a lovely member of staff who informed us that although we'd booked a shared room self catering apar**ent we had been given a two bed self catering apar**ent. The accommodation was very clean, lovely pool and there was even some evening entertainment. It was lovely and quiet, everything you needed in the kitchen, air conditioning, a couple of UK TV channels if needed and a place to exchange books. It's in a great location, close to a supermarket, restaurants, beach and the bus stop. Friendly and helpful staff. Great for a relaxing break. Weather was fab too!

My friend and I booked a 1 bedroom garden apar**ent each on a self catering basis. The apar**ents were clean and well equipped although not many tv channels if you want to catch up on what’s happening at home. The Wi-Fi seemed to drop in and out but wasn’t too bad. The beds were very comfortable and the air con worked well although wasn’t needed much in May. We both loved the look of the bathrooms with good lighting and large walk in showers with rain shower heads and a smaller hand held head. Unfortunately both of ours flooded the bathrooms (I think probably blocked drains) so we couldn’t enjoy them and had to use the hand held ones. We reported the issue at reception and they were very helpful. The maids left extra towels to soak up the overflow of water. We had breakfast a couple of times and it was very good with lots of choice however we only had evening meal once on our last night and it wasn’t great but we were the only 2 in the restaurant and food was not being replaced. I’m sure the problem will be resolved as it was the very beginning of the season and these things happen, it didn’t spoil our stay and we have already booked to return

We stayed in 2 bed apar**ent on B&B bases rooms very spacious clean & comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choices. Pool was very nice baby pool a little slippery on entry. Staff very friendly. Met some very nice people. Great location would definitely recommend.

Spent a week at these lovely apar**ents and can honestly say there were no negatives. Spacious and clean one bedroom apar**ent with a comfy bed. A balcony from both the living area and one from the bedroom. Adequate cooking facilities and well equipped . Shower was good. Cleaned every day. All staff were very pleasant and friendly. We were on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was great. Good choice of cooked and continental options. Pool bar was reasonably priced for drinks. Good location for walking to beach, only a short stroll. Handful of restaurants close by. Very small and quiet resort with a couple of small supermarkets. Ideal for a quiet and relaxing break away. Would most definitely stay here again. Had a lovely break!

We love Menorca and have visited the island many times and whilst we have stayed at a number of resorts, we keep coming back to the Isla Del Aire aparthotel. The small complex is a two minute walk from the beach and local restaurants and is only a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. The site is spacious and the apar**ents are all located around the pool. The apar**ents are clean and airy with the typical basic kitchen equipment one associates with self catering apar**ents. The beds are comfy and the air conditioning works well. Rooms are cleaned daily if you want, and towels can also be changed daily if you need. Staff are really friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. The pool is a decent size with a separate children's pool for toddlers - it's a good temperature too. There is no music played (or when it is, it is quiet) around the pool so whilst you may say it lacks a**osphere, it is also great if you want to relax and read without having music pumping away in the background. Similarly, the pool is not taken over by people playing water polo in the afternoons either. The breakfast option is good value and it is one of the few places where the buffet is actually still hot - bed and breakfast is recommended. If you want clean, spacious apar**ents, friendly staff and a quiet location, you won't go wrong here. We will be back in 2024.
