Good hotel

Nice clean and comfortable apartments, reception staff so quick and helpful. Restaurant had good options of food and clean. Pool cool but soon got acclimatised. Sea views, quiet at night, good entertainment low key. Lovely for families.

We have just returned from Isla Del Aire apartments. A lovely holiday with our daughter and 3 year old granddaughter. We had a 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment with garden. Our granddaughter loved it. So safe for her to play in. She loved the staff they were so good with her especially Oskar who she ran to everyday. Apartments were very clean with excellent house staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. We ate at the local restaurants every night which were within easy reach. We would certainly return here, it was so personal. Thank you for such a lovely holiday to all the staff.

The hotel is small and beautifully laid out with all apartments set around the pool.The apartments are a good size with lots of storage space and the upstairs apartments have two balconies one to the front one to the back.Each small kitchen has a fridge with small freezer compartment,two ring cooker and microwave.Bed was very comfortable.The WiFi and air con were not strong.Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.Restaurant and bar staff were also really lovely.We booked breakfast and it was excellent value for money.Hotel is a five minute stroll from the beach,restaurants and bars.

Nice chilled week. Hotel and grounds spotless, plenty of sunbeds, no need to reserve! Pool lovely and clean. Staff very friendly and all work very hard to accommodate guests. Negatives: food not great! We stayed bed and breakfast. Adequate. We had 1 evening meal by at the BBQ, I wouldn’t bother to upgrade. Bar meals reasonably priced. Entertainment on 3 nights.

We have just stayed for a week with our 4 year old and had such a great time. Apartments are spacious and clean - we had ground floor which had wonderful outside space. Everything was close by as such a small resort. Have to say the food was amazing - we actually think it’s some of the best we have had for half board. Staff are friendly and the whole place is just relaxed. If you want a big resort with lots to do this won’t be for you but if you want a great base then it is perfect. We hired E bikes and a car all week which is totally worth it. Will def stay here again.

what time is meal times please? and can you use inflatables in the pool? did I read correct about white tshirt dress code? Also did I read correctly you have to pay for any drink even kids drink on half board? gracias. we arrive Monday but couldn't find place to write questions on their website

3 adults and one 4 year old. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony which was spotlessly clean with 2 lovely big bedrooms, a big lounge with t.v. and a kitchen area with table, which had everything you need including fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery, tea towel etc. The service at reception, bar and cleaning was great. Complex was really pretty, freshly painted and well kitted out with what seemed like all new furniture on balconies and around pool and pool bar. Food at pool bar was really nice, if a bit expensive and only available between 1 and 4. I thought it would have been better starting at 12. Less than 10 minute walk down to the beach, souvenir shops and restaurants. Food was expensive but found a bar that had lovely food much cheaper, up one of the side streets, off the sea front. Complex was nice and quiet. We would definitely go back again.

These apartments were very clean, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very professional and friendly. We had a garden apartment which included two sun beds within a roped off area overlooking a lovely pool. The beach and restaurants were approximately 400m away.

Great complex. Plenty space. We had a garden apartment which was very comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. There was such a lovely friendly atmosphere. Staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice and the snack bar for a light lunch was good. We had a great time and our granddaughter made new friends. We would definitely recommend Comitas Isla Del Aire.

Just returned from a week here, would highly recommend. Helpful staff, clean apartments, comfy beds, very clean pool area with plenty of sun beds, good selection of food at breakfast. Small Supermarket next door. 5 minutes walk to beach with good choice of restaurants. Couple of negatives - needs more parasols around the pool and not sure why we had to pay €3 per night for cot.

After 3 days we were forced to check-out and check-in in the late afternoon eventhough we had 7 day stay in this hotel. Room needs renovation, loud air - condition, rest is seen on photos, restaurant without „anima”, it is not clean near hotel. Our room was near the road so it was not quiet during the night.

We were not nicely forced to check out at 11:00 (the reception desk came to our room 11:30 and told us: Give me the key!) even though we prolonged our stay the day before) for few more nights in the same hotel. We asked to give us new key to check in immediately but they refused us. So we checked out to our car and check in in the late afternoon. Our fridge was full of food and beach towels and clothes were wet due to raining in the morning but the reception desk man didn’t care about it. Breakfast: selection is not bad, atmosphere inside is better than outside, eggs are fried on vegatable oil which is big disadvantage for me.

Not a lot more I can say about this resort that I have not said before really. The wife and I love this resort and complex and we try to visit twice a year for 2 weeks each time, We would love to stay for a month but I work so unable to. The apartments are very good and are being updated each winter so there is a mix at the minute, the ground floor ones with the roped off terrace are our fave. ALL the staff are extremely good and I cannot praise them enough and I do mean ALL the staff, inc the catos lol. We are returning this Sept/Oct 24 and have booked for 2 visits next year 2025. The very lovely Veronica is super special, big thanks to Oscar, Nacho, Paul, Miguel snr, Miguel jnr, Alison and ALL the gang housemaids and the maintenance guys.
