Hotel non da 4 stelle, abbiamo prenotato ad aprile per giugno,ci è stata data una stanza piccola a nord dove non c'era mai sole con un odore di muffa , soprattutto il materasso e i cuscini persino i cassetti dei comodini odoravano di muffa ,il giorno dopo arrivata mi sono accorta che le tende in basso erano piene di muffa ,sono subito andata in reception è gli ho detto tutto ,hanno cambiato le tende le lenzuola e per loro tutto apposto. Il problema che tutti i giorni passavano per pulire ma se per loro pulire significa tirare su il lenzuolo e stop per me non lo è. Tra l'altro abbiamo prenotato con Alpitour,una settimana in due non costata poco . Il cibo va bene solo per inglesi e tedeschi ,non è di ottima qualità. Ora mi chiedo ma un 4 stelle tra l'altro con Alpitour può essere in queste condizioni? Se volete rilassatevi non scegliete questo hotel ci sono centinaia di bimbi piccoli che piangono di giorno e di notte , perché persino di notte c'è ****** . Pessima esperienza ,di sicuro non viaggerò più con Alpitour visto che questa è la seconda esperienza negativa con loro.

Very enjoyable week comfortable rooms , excellent food with great service from all the staff ,fun and friendly entertainment staff, very clean, very near to a lovely beach and small shops small hill to walk down and up so it would depend on your mobility,bus stop nearby which was only 1 euro 80 to see the mao town ,

Whilst this Hotel does some things well, it fails in too many ways. My first issue is the size of the rooms. We had a twin, and it was bijou to say the least. Ok, you only sleep in it if you're lucky but we had two rooms in our party and both had electrical appliances that didn't work. I even heard a German couple complaining at check in that their toilet wasn't flushing. Surely something housekeeping should have spotted. It also became apparent that unless.you were French, most of younger bar staff would treat you like a second class citizen. It wasn't all bad though. All public areas were kept very clean and the entertainment crew were exceptional.

Fantastic all inclusive hotel,we recently stayed here recently with two young children 8&6 and also some older family members. The food was very good with plenty of variety (we loved eating at the pool bar at lunchtime) The swimming pools are a comfortable temperature once in and nicely designed. There’s approx 5 local restaurants and 3 supermarkets locally which is a nice 2 minute walk and located on the glorious sea front,but not a great deal else,so if you like a lively night life it’s not for you. All in all a fantastic holiday and highly recommended

We found the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Javi in reception. The animation team also deserve a mention as they helped to make our stay very enjoyable with the daily activities and a special mention for the 'Dance Revolution' night, this show was awesome and i think the dj was really good with the lights and video. The staff in the restaurant was ķvery efficient, the waiting staff were very quick bringing water to my table and clearing the plates away. The food was quickly replenished.

El hotel está correcto para ser un 4 estrellas,las instalaciones cuidadas, piscinas bonitas,la comida del buffet bien pero no excelente,cambiaba poco de un día a otro,lo que si es para destacar es su personal del primero al último un 10

Altamente consigliabile. la struttura é accogliente e pulita. lo staff si é dimostrato amabile ed efficiente. Nateo é stato una guida eccellente. Sono rimasto sbalordito dalla parte esterna dedicata al baby club e sport.
