It was a horrible experience. The ***ager’s behaviour forced us to move out of the property and go to some other hotel. We arrived early morning at 0630 am and showed our *********** confirmation. ***ager with his attitude said we don’t have your booking. I showed him again the confirmation number. He turned out stating that you ***age yourself on your booking he can’t help. Had hassles with *********** for almost 30 min. Finally I asked the ***ager about room availability and instantly offered a huge amount. I share his Best Available Rate featuring on OTAs. Rudely said I cant offer. Finally I agreed to pay. Wanted to see a room. ***ager sent a security to show us a room. It was a dirty room. ***ager was busy sleeping and going to bathroom frequently and making guests to wait till the time he comes back. Other families were also waiting for check in the way the ***ager replied to those guest. Horrible terrible experience at this hotel. ***agement should take serious note their business loss by keeping such horrible professional who does not know about Guests. People planning to stay for god sake don’t plan or will face the terrible experiences.
