"Visited this place with my family. The Property is on VIP road, around 1.5 KMs from Shri Jagannath Temple and 0.5 KM from the beach. Battery rickshs are easy available from the hotel to Shri Jagannath temple. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see Lord Jagannath Status. Staff is very friendly and helping. We have taken two rooms (102 and 103). The washroom of 102 might have some problem related to ventilation as bad smell was there otherwise rooms were neat and clean. They have also provided good toiletries and clean towels in both the rooms. There was a good spread of breakfast, including north and south Indian food. They also have a restaurant called "Swaad", we had dinner over there. Food was good. They also have pool, but we have not used it."

"I have visited Puri with my family members and booked 3 rooms 2 Super Deluxe with balcony and one deluxe room without balcony. When I booked hotel through Make My Trip lots of amenities was showing on app but when I checked in the hotel several amenities were not available. One more thing I want to share about this hotel, actually I have requested to hotel for late check out through app, mail and over phone only for 2 hours but at the day of check out they have denied my request even I have requested repeatedly to manager and Receptionist but they have rejected my request whereas many rooms were vacant. At last I have paid full amount for one room only for keeping the luggage for two hours only. I was very disappointed at that time. Hotel’s location was so good very near of Temple."

"We had gone to their restuarant for lunch. Their so called customer experience manager accompanied us to the second floor of the restaurant. We were vegetarian and seems though this is both it is known well for its non vegetarian delicacies only. Too late until then though coz we were super hungry and we thought of taking a chance also. The washrooms were ok. Another hint still we chose to let it go. Got the table cleaned and finally sat down thinking to have some good food. Staff is very laid back. No customer attention, lethargic and slow. Had ordered shikanjee which was only soda and jeera powder , not even stirred properly. We had asked them to bring it back and they added little salt and made it a bit edible. The next mistake of ours we ordered cucumber splash. It was literally cucumber splashed in sprite so badly presented. Then came for the showstopper our main course food. Roti which had no butter and looked like rubber and was cold. Rice, vegetable, dal everything was cols and this was after a waiting time of 20mins. We had to ask them to get it fixed and inspite of another 15 mins wait there was no sign of food. Locals were given preference is what I felt. Ultimately after loosing patience we walked out of the restaurant paying them what we consumed. I would definitely recommend the Agarwal veg restaurant next to it for good food."

"There was no smart lock in rooms, no information about how to reach reception and housekeeping through intercom. Dirty linens, rooms, horrible view, extremely high priced food. Room tariffs and services were a complete mismatch. It deserves to be a room of 1000 inr/ night not a penny more than that. I have had my money wasted and recommend no one should waste theirs."
