Beware the hotel is not all that as mentioned on here.
Its prices are for a good 4 star hotel but its barely a 2 to 3 star hotel.
Check out time is 8AM not 12 PM as stated on trip.com
Cleanliness is sub standard
Breakfast is sufficient
Complimentary water bottles
There is more to write but I will leave it with that you can get a very good hotel in this price.

The room is excellent. Side sea facing room view is also very excellent 👌. The hygiene of the hotel is supreb. Also behaviour of hotel staffs are very excellent. The quality of the food of hotel resturent is very much delicious. We enjoyed the Puri trip so much .🤗

Very good hospitality. We had a beautiful stay at beautiful hotel. .. All staff specialy at reception name of. Gopabandhu & Biswarupa both are such a excellent person always ready to serve with smile there service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all foos are tasty. Thank you golden tree for memorable stay

Beautiful stay at golden tree, nice see view, very caring staff. Every query is attended on immediate basis. Food quality is excellent, hope to stay again at golden tree during our next visit.

Location of the property is excellent, right infront of beach. Rooms were also perfect with all amenities. Breakfast buffet was also good, though some bakery items could have been added. Dinner menu had a lot of options and food were tasty. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in puri.

The room had a foul smell. Even after insisting they did not change our room. I complained for this in mm t as well.

I really appreciate their hospitality. The moment we entered, they welcomed us with namaste and greeting. They even upgraded our rooms for no extra cost. The entire staff was very cordial and polite. Food is also very good in quality, but tad bit expensive. The rooms were also very good and well maintained. I'll surely recommend this hotel.
