I recently had the misfortune of staying at a certain hotel that left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. My experience was marred by abysmal service, ongoing renovation work, and rooms that were far from accommodating. I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others who might consider booking a stay at this establishment.
From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel staff had no interest in providing a pleasant experience. The receptionist was indifferent and unhelpful, barely acknowledging my presence as she checked me in. Her lack of professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay.
To make matters worse, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovation during my visit. I was unaware of this fact when making the reservation, as it was not disclosed on their website or during the booking process. My assigned room was a nigh**are. The furniture appeared worn-out and outdated, desperately in need of replacement. The AC wasn’t working properly, the washrooms were wrecked. It is clear that the ***agement prioritizes profit over guest satisfaction, and until they address these issues, it is best to avoid this hotel!

We stayed for couple of days and the experience was good but not great. The reception, house keeping, restaurant and all other staffs are courteous enough and humble. Food was just amazing. Limited alacarte options and buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner available. Swimming pool was well maintained and spacious enough. Had great sea view from the room. Special thanks to mr. Prem from f&b section who helped us by referring to one of his contact for puri jagannath darshan from which we had great darshan and maha prasad. Building/room maintenance is something needs to be really focused by the ***agement. Fans/lamps were dusted. Had issues with the hot water. Sofa/bed back rest were kind of patched with the stains. Room key was not working to unlock had to report several times to reception but the issue was not solved and had to forcibly get the alternate keys. E

Basic amenities available at rooms are below standard. Lead time to provide service is very high, as example if you ask for something you need to wait for more than 2 hours. For room service food also you need to follow up for at least 2 times. I got electric shock when trying to switch off the lights, room no was 652. View room has been requested but not given.

Need more improvement to be a 4 star hotel parking facilities are very bad long distances from rooms. Lift functions are outdated old condition.
