The hotel was clean with easy access to transportation

Location is great with metro and RER A (all the way to Disneyland).
Almost next to train station but currently have to walk around for 5 to 10mins after 9pm as shortcut is linked to shopping mall entrance.
Unfortunately, I arrived on a day when RER A was down with accident.
Not much facilities, no executive lounge or pool.
Shopping mall is small but there is a huge one just opposite.
Room is big! Seems like renovated lately as it has USB-C outlet, there is a whirlpool tub, good alternative since there is no pool

Last minute we changed to Hilton Paris La Défense, thought its a bit far from city center compare to our original booking, but the branding and quality of service made us comfortable and secure.
The hotel located at Cnit shopping center, closed to metro, the staffs are well trained, polite and professional, care about the guests.
Outside hotel entrance is a taxi stand, the only chanllanging part is when we use Freenow to book private hire cars, we have to drop off at Pullman Hotel which is few hundred metres away, as no vehicle can assess directly to the hotel entrance.
It's good that our europe trip ends up with a real four star hotel with quality.

Price/quality ratio is not good to say the least. For 200 eur per night you should get much more, than what you get in Hilton La Defense. Location si problematic, because the entrance is for both hotel and shopping mall, so taxis will be always confused where to go and how to get there. Find underground parking was terrible, took me 30 minutes to actually find it, convince somebody to open the gate and park the car. Forget sauna, pool anything like that, it is a business hotel, so you will be happy for a simple gym. The rooms were quite OK, but dont expect nothing fancy. Breakfast horrible, understaffed, always lacking basics, like juices and water, also constantly problem with limited amount of glasses. I am not planning to go back.

The hotel is 4 stars, but it looks like 5 stars. Perfect service, spacious and comfortable rooms, ideal for families. A hearty breakfast with a chef who prepares eggs and omelets to order. Not to say it's perfect, I missed a natural juice machine or freshly squeezed natural orange juice. Inside the Cnit just a few minutes from the heart of Paris by metro and RER and TER. It will certainly be my choice for another stay in Paris, the Capital of the World.

Terrible
They didn't warn you that there are works in front of the hotel.
Taxi doesn't arrive
You have to enter through the back of a shopping mall pulling suitcases without any help from the hotel, and without warning of the problem.
