"While browsing hotels, I accidentally booked this one by mistake. Afterwards, I immediately called the platform to request a change or cancellation, but they said the hotel wouldn't allow cancellations or changes. My experience after checking in was terrible. I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and checked in; the room was unbearably hot as the air conditioning wasn't on. I quickly turned it on, but after three hours, the temperature barely dropped. I complained to the front desk; they said they knew the air conditioning was faulty beforehand. However, they didn't understand why they still arranged for us to check in. Later, another guest also complained about the air conditioning problem. When we inquired, the front desk staff said they didn't have any other twin rooms to change to; they offered no other solutions and acted as if it wasn't their problem. In desperation, I contacted a domestic hotel booking platform. With their intervention, the hotel finally arranged another room with an extra single bed in the middle of the night. The whole ordeal wasted over four hours of our time. What's even more infuriating is that during the room change process, we left a rather valuable bag in our original room. When we went to the front desk the next morning, the staff said no one had found it or turned it in, but they would send someone to look for it. A day later, we went back to the front desk and asked another staff member, who said he didn't know and no one had found it. My daughter's beloved bag has since disappeared from the hotel. Throughout the entire process, the hotel offered no apology or compensation whatsoever. Let me describe the actual situation of the hotel: it's a small, family-run hotel located on a quiet street in a small town, surrounded by a few small family restaurants. Even taxi drivers don't know about it. The rooms are so small that it's difficult to even turn around. The so-called twin beds are two mattresses pushed together on a bed frame; they're not two separate beds at all. The elevator is so small that it can't even fit two large suitcases, let alone two slightly overweight adults. You have to squeeze through the corridors sideways. The nearest subway station is 1.4 kilometers away; the surrounding area is full of local residents. The value for money is extremely low; don't be misled by other reviews."

"Very stressful stay at this hotel as Uber could not find it or pick us up - we were going in circles for 40 minutes. The hotel address is not accepted by Uber and the taxi driver did not feel it was safe to drop us off there as it was late and the drop off area looks like an abandoned building site - it is underground and there is no clear signage and says ‘deliveries’. On the way back we asked the hotel to call us a taxi instead but although reception tried to help, they could not tell us if our taxi arrived using CCTV. They could not call the driver either to check. We went to check underground but no taxi was there. We nearly missed our train and had to run through the Paris metro with all our luggage to catch it as did not have time to wait for another taxi which may not find the hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel if taxis cannot even locate it to drop off guests - very stressful experience!"
