房子是新的，衞生乾淨，設施挺完整的，停車的話小區外面有公共停車位，小區裏也有地面停車位給沒登記的車輛停車12小時9元好像，挺方便的

房間很漂亮，所見即所得，民宿在小區裏，有物業保安，比較安全，位置離碼頭比較近，床也很舒服，房東人特別好，還提出送我們去碼頭，總之住得很舒服。
