"This hotel has a beautiful lobby, I absolutely loved it. The design is very unique, with a strong Chinese influence, but it's not old-fashioned – it has a great vibe. The facilities are top-notch; I was very impressed on my first day. The front desk service was excellent, very accommodating for our large family. They answered all our questions thoroughly and carefully. The bellhops were also very proactive with our luggage. Throughout our stay, we often bothered the front desk staff with requests like receiving packages and food deliveries, and they were always prompt. Even when one of our deliveries was mistakenly taken by another guest, the hotel reacted very quickly and helped resolve the issue properly. Thumbs up, the service was thoughtful! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

The hotel's overall environment is clean and elegant, and the rooftop sky garden offers expansive views, perfect for a stroll or taking photos. The well-equipped gym makes it convenient for a workout and relaxation. The front desk and service staff were all friendly and responsive, providing excellent service. The value for money is outstanding, and it's definitely on my list for a repeat visit!"

The facilities are high-tech and smart. I thoroughly checked the room, and it was very clean. Breakfast was also plentiful. This is the first time I've given a hotel a 5-star review! "The hotel service was excellent. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly helpful. They were understanding when I needed a late checkout after being out for an errand, and they didn't charge me extra when I asked them to print a document. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of the high-speed train station. I originally planned to move to a hotel in the city center after one night, but because of the great service, I decided to extend my stay here."

The color scheme was incredibly comfortable, completely lacking the dullness often found in traditional hotels. I particularly loved the warm-toned LED strip light design above the bed; turning it on at night created such a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxing. The room also had excellent natural light, with large floor-toceiling windows paired with sheer white curtains, offering both openness and privacy. The sofa area was thoughtfully designed, making it comfortable for both working and lounging while watching TV. Overall, the cleanliness and attention to detail were excellent. Highly recommend!"

"This newly opened Vienna Hotel on the beach was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely amazing – just a few steps out the door and you're right on the beach. The sand is soft and fine, and the sea view is completely unobstructed. The hotel is brand new, with fresh and clean facilities. Our room was spacious and bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows made for an incredible ocean-view experience. The staff were warm and attentive, providing detailed and excellent service. Overall, it was a quiet and comfortable stay, a perfect vacation experience. For a beach getaway, this is definitely my top choice, highly recommended!"

"I highly recommend the Hilton Putian Sanfang! The location is absolutely superb, right in the commercial and government hub. It's within walking distance of the Xinghua Mansion historical district, and there's direct bus access to the Meizhou Island ferry terminal, making getting around incredibly convenient. Upon check-in, I received a warm DoubleTree cookie, and the front desk kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the Crabtree & Evelyn amenities were a nice touch. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, with some hidden Putian specialties. The fried wontons, oyster cakes, and noodle paste were authentic and flavorful, and the freshly squeezed juices and made-to-order seafood congee were fantastic. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a free indoor pool and fitness center. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, always ready to answer any questions. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect fit and offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Putian!"

The hotel's breakfast buffet was very extensive, and the kids loved it. The pier shuttle service was also very convenient for us travelers, and the laundry room had both washing machines and dryers. They even proactively provided sand-digging tools, so the children were very happy with their stay."
