"I highly recommend the Hilton Putian Sanfang! The location is absolutely superb, right in the commercial and government hub. It's within walking distance of the Xinghua Mansion historical district, and there's direct bus access to the Meizhou Island ferry terminal, making getting around incredibly convenient. Upon check-in, I received a warm DoubleTree cookie, and the front desk kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the Crabtree & Evelyn amenities were a nice touch. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, with some hidden Putian specialties. The fried wontons, oyster cakes, and noodle paste were authentic and flavorful, and the freshly squeezed juices and made-to-order seafood congee were fantastic. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a free indoor pool and fitness center. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, always ready to answer any questions. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect fit and offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Putian!"

"This hotel truly values its online guests. Shortly after booking, I received a call asking if I had any special requests. They upgraded my room, sent a fruit platter, and provided turndown service. The facilities are high-tech and smart. I thoroughly checked the room, and it was very clean. Breakfast was also plentiful. This is the first time I've given a hotel a 5-star review! The service was incredibly thoughtful. Lainey Li from Shangri-La Putian provided exceptional service. The staff at check-in were friendly and the process was efficient. At check-out, they meticulously verified my information, showing professionalism and attentiveness throughout. My stay was excellent and I highly recommend it."

The hotel's overall environment is clean and elegant, and the rooftop sky garden offers expansive views, perfect for a stroll or taking photos. "Vienna Hotel is absolutely perfect for young people! The European-style decor is simple yet sophisticated, the room is clean and bright, and the bedding is super soft and comfortable – I slept like a baby until I naturally woke up. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and check-in was incredibly fast. The smart facilities are very convenient to use, and the soundproofing is excellent. It's easy to find, convenient for getting around, and offers incredible value for money! Whether for business or leisure, staying here is worry-free and comfortable. "I don’t really write reviews unless exceptionally good or bad but this is really a negative experience … Firstly, not recommended if coming to stay in cold season (Autumn/ Winter/ Spring). The aircon/ heater system is centralised so you can’t adjust the temperature. Secondly, according to the receptionist, they only have ONE tower fan so not really available. Lastly, the attitude of receptionist and housekeeping is extremely unfriendly compared to before (I stayed here 3 times) and I put a good review in 2023. This time, the solution they provided to a female guest is to open the window and curtain at night for cold air… which I personally think is inconsiderate for a female guest. I gave my feedback to the receptionist when I checked-out so hopefully they can add more tower fans to their inventory."

"This hotel has a beautiful lobby, I absolutely loved it. The design is very unique, with a strong Chinese influence, but it's not old-fashioned – it has a great vibe. The facilities are top-notch; I was very impressed on my first day. The front desk service was excellent, very accommodating for our large family. They answered all our questions thoroughly and carefully. The bellhops were also very proactive with our luggage. Throughout our stay, we often bothered the front desk staff with requests like receiving packages and food deliveries, and they were always prompt. Even when one of our deliveries was mistakenly taken by another guest, the hotel reacted very quickly and helped resolve the issue properly. Thumbs up, the service was thoughtful! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"The room sanitation is particularly in place, the ground and bathroom are clean and tidy, and there is no smell. The various facilities in the store are brand new and complete, and the appliances and bathroom amenities are used smoothly. The front desk and room staff are warm and caring, check-in is efficient, and there is a timely response to needs. The overall stay experience is comfortable and worry-free, the price is very good, the travel accommodation is preferred, I will choose to stay next time, highly recommended!"

"Fantastic hotel! Really appreciated the kindness and thoroughness of the staff who helped liase between the railway station and me when I accidentally left my bag on a train. Besides that, the doorman is also very attentive and kind, giving us tea when we were waiting for our Didi! The room is as clean, spacious, and well-furnished as it can be, with prompt and attentive cleaning every day. Breakfast was great with many tasty local options. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Wanda Plaza."
