GGuest UserThe hotel front desk staff was polite. When we checked-in, they gave us fruit as welcome gift. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakwast was average. The hotel is near the train station but to the town centre, the journey was 30 minutes by didi. Overall, we are happy with the stay. When we left the hotel, we used their free drop-ofd service at the train station.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located near Ewei Beach, and dining options aren't as inconvenient as some online reviews suggested. The hotel environment is quite nice, with a definite resort vibe. You can rent electric scooters directly from the hotel; during the National Day holiday, it was 100 per day. Breakfast variety was average, but it was to my taste. The beach right next to the hotel isn't for swimming; you have to go to the sunrise beach to get into the water.

__WeChat306495****Facilities: The hotel is very new and incredibly clean. Even though it was fully booked, it never felt crowded, which made me feel very safe as a solo traveler. Service: Huge thanks to the three ladies at the front desk on November 8th around noon! We were there for a music festival, and they thoughtfully prepared some fan support items for us, giving me two – talk about great emotional value! They also knew I needed to freeze a cake and kindly upgraded my room type a bit, which I really appreciated.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a fantastic sea view and excellent service. Manager Yang at the front desk was very nice and made check-in a smooth process. Manager He, who guided us, introduced us to the island's attractions and helped with our luggage. It was great! I'll definitely come back again! GGuest UserThis hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, super close to the pedestrian street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The room size is very generous, providing plenty of space and comfort – no feeling cramped at all. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious; I thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. The hotel amenities are also very comprehensive, with a laundry room and a gym, which are super practical for long trips. The biggest bonus is the huge car park with charging stations, so if you're driving, you don't have to worry about parking or charging. Overall, the service was attentive, the environment was clean and tidy, and the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserFrom the moment I stepped into the Hanting Hotel, I was drawn to its simple yet elegant design and warm atmosphere. The front desk staff were very friendly and thoughtfully even gave a small gift. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The biggest surprise was the hotel's EV charging stations in the parking lot, which was incredibly convenient for me driving a new energy vehicle. It was easy and quick to charge; these charging stations are so practical! The charging process was straightforward, and the efficiency was high, saving me a lot of time. I didn't have to worry about range anxiety at all. The staff were also super attentive, patient, and enthusiastic.

YYatouI highly recommend the Hilton Putian Sanfang! The location is absolutely superb, right in the commercial and government hub. It's within walking distance of the Xinghua Mansion historical district, and there's direct bus access to the Meizhou Island ferry terminal, making getting around incredibly convenient. Upon check-in, I received a warm DoubleTree cookie, and the front desk kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the Crabtree & Evelyn amenities were a nice touch. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, with some hidden Putian specialties. The fried wontons, oyster cakes, and noodle paste were authentic and flavorful, and the freshly squeezed juices and made-to-order seafood congee were fantastic. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a free indoor pool and fitness center. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, always ready to answer any questions. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect fit and offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Putian!

LLovetravelling031I don’t really write reviews unless exceptionally good or bad but this is really a negative experience … Firstly, not recommended if coming to stay in cold season (Autumn/ Winter/ Spring). The aircon/ heater system is centralised so you can’t adjust the temperature. Secondly, according to the receptionist, they only have ONE tower fan so not really available. Lastly, the attitude of receptionist and housekeeping is extremely unfriendly compared to before (I stayed here 3 times) and I put a good review in 2023. This time, the solution they provided to a female guest is to open the window and curtain at night for cold air… which I personally think is inconsiderate for a female guest. I gave my feedback to the receptionist when I checked-out so hopefully they can add more tower fans to their inventory.

They patiently answered all our questions about local dining options, and their recommendations for restaurants were spot-on – the food was fantastic! The complimentary buffet breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, and the quality was excellent. It was incredibly satisfying to start each day with such a rich and delicious meal. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and offered excellent value for money. I would definitely choose Fengdalin Hotel again on my next visit to Putian, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

FFuerjiagelezhoudirenjieThis was my first time in Kamata, and the area felt a bit dirty and disorganized. This Holiday Inn Express used to be the Oriental Hotel, which I assume is a local brand. It probably hasn't been part of the IHG group for long, though I specifically chose it because it's an IHG brand. The lobby looks like it was designed by a local, and the facilities on the first floor are a bit subpar. The tea room and restrooms feel like something you'd find in a small-town hotel. I believe the first-floor restaurant is currently under renovation. What really upset me was that the handle of my luggage broke after I checked it in with the hotel. The hotel refused to take responsibility, and I didn't have the energy to argue, so I can only give it a bad review. I definitely won't be staying here again.
