This hotel has a fantastic sea view and excellent service. Manager Yang at the front desk was very nice and made check-in a smooth process. Manager He, who guided us, introduced us to the island's attractions and helped with our luggage. It was great! I'll definitely come back again! This hotel in Xianyou County can be said to be impeccable, with hardware and services that match the standards of a five-star hotel. The guest rooms are in classic style, complementing the mahogany culture. The twin room is equipped with a bathtub and the pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety and the ingredients are fresh. The most praiseworthy thing is the friendly attitude and enthusiastic and responsible behavior of the staff (my father has bad legs and feet, and two staff members at the gate helped my father get on the car together, and asked him to slow down and pay attention to safety, which was very heartwarming). Although it was a hurried night, it left us a deep impression. I wish every staff member a happy new year!

This hotel is really easy to find, and parking is convenient and free, which is a huge plus. The surrounding area has everything you need, including pubs and a night market nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. If you don't want to drive, taxis are readily available. The room itself was spacious and very clean. The Wi-Fi was fast, and most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable – the duvet was warm yet light, ensuring a great night's sleep until I woke up naturally. The service was exceptional; any issues were resolved with just one call to the front desk. This truly lives up to the reputation of a Wanjia Hotel and is perfect for business trips.

The hotel is located in a relatively bustling area of Xianyou, about a 15-minute walk from nearby commercial centers. The lower floors, up to the 7th, house restaurants and entertainment venues. The facilities are decent but show their age, with visible mold and peeling wallpaper in the corners. A deposit is required for check-in, which was a bit unusual for me. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, contrary to some negative reviews I've seen. My special requests were mostly accommodated. Although it's supposed to be a non-smoking floor, there was a lingering smoke smell in the room, which, combined with the damp air, wasn't pleasant. The cleaning wasn't thorough; I found hair on the bedsheets, indicating they hadn't been changed. Later, I discovered a torn bedsheet and had to switch to one with a smaller tear. I also found hair on the mattress. The drains worked well, with no noticeable odors. The room rate was affordable during the off-season. The ground-level parking lot is quite large, but they were working on the marble floor tiles, and there were no barriers around the construction, so I'm not sure if falling debris would be an issue. The underground parking garage is smaller and not in great condition.
