I had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Living Putrajaya. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that are comfortable for both short and extended stays. The room was equipped with useful amenities, and the bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which provides easy access to nearby attractions, government offices, shopping areas, and dining options in Putrajaya. The facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing swimming pool. The breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. Overall, Mercure Living Putrajaya offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers visiting Putrajaya.

What started as a conference trip turned into a surprisingly lovely family stay. I booked three nights as my conference was held on Level 35, and my sons ended up enjoying every moment of the trip. The room was incredibly well-equipped for a comfortable stay…a microwave, two-door fridge, basic cooking utensils and pots, a washing machine with dryer, a spacious sofa area and two TVs. It honestly felt more like a home away from home than a hotel room. Dining options are another big plus. BBQ Town, Suki-Ya, D’Kunafa Cafe, Balqis Restaurant, McDonald’s, Tealive and 7-Eleven are all conveniently located around the lobby area. Alamanda Shopping Mall is also just across the road, making everything easily accessible. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, with fresh towels and the beds made daily without any request needed. It’s the small details like this that make a stay truly comfortable. A wonderful experience overall. I would happily return! next time, purely for a relaxing family holiday. ✨

Pleasant stay and good service. The room is very spacious and comfortable for a vacation. Convenient location with minimarts and restaurant. Good facilities including the gym and the pool. Also laundromat available. Excellent place to stay in Putrajaya.

A comfortable stay with different facilities, such as washing machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, big refrigerator, and etc. Big room and space.

All was superb and perfect from check in /out.. location cleanliness everything.. definately will repeat again.

I stayed here with 1 adult and 3 children. As it was a long trip, I chose a room with a kitchen and a washing machine. The washing machine in the room didn't have a dryer, and while there was a laundry room at the hotel, it was a hassle to go there every time just for the dryer. This is a hotel, but it lacks the luxury feel, with no bars or anything similar. The front desk staff were very friendly. Across the street, there's a small shopping mall and a very fun activity center called Escape, which was a great help every day. The shopping mall only has a food court with Malaysian local food and a few international restaurants. There were cafes though. It's convenient for visiting places like the Pink Mosque. Access from the airport is also good, taking about 40 minutes. The outdoor pool is simply huge. There was also a spa, with 30-minute courses available for children too. The gym isn't much to write home about. The sauna was out of order.

Clean, spacious. Overall, the stay was good. The room was comfortable and the facilities were well maintained.
