"It was busy when we were there but there were enough parking lots, during breakfast we didn’t have difficulty getting seats either. Pool was not big and many people using it. Since it was just a short stay we skipped the pool and enjoyed the walk along the park instead. Mall is just a stone throw away!!
Love the little touches like the key card holder and glass bottles in room"
"The hotel is very close to the Pink Mosque, and we had a perfect night view from our room. The front desk manager was a really fun older gentleman; he kept shaking my hand, helping us out, and even said ”thank you” in broken Chinese, which was very heartwarming. The breakfast was also very rich and varied. For those eating breakfast, remember that food is served both indoors and outdoors. You'll find steamed dishes, Oden, and Southeast Asian cuisine all outside. Don't miss out on the delicious food! All in all, it was a great stay."
"We would like to sincerely thank the front desk staff of Pulse Grande Hotel Putrajaya for their kindness and excellent service. They went the extra mile by providing us with a special parking space as my husband is unable to walk, which made our stay much more comfortable. We truly appreciate their warm hospitality and thoughtful assistance to our family."
"Stayed at Dorsett Putrajaya for a short getaway and was truly impressed. The room was clean, modern, and had a lovely view of the lake. Staff were polite, helpful, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast had a good variety, with local and international options. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing in the evening. Location is great too."
"I stayed one night at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya mainly because I was attending a wedding reception at BoraOmbak, which is conveniently just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The location was definitely a big plus.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately it wasn’t very soundproof. I could hear car honking from outside as well as people talking in the corridor, which slightly affected my rest.
Breakfast was decent. I tried the nasi minyak with ayam masak merah, which was really delicious and filling. I wanted to try more dishes, but some items were slow to be refilled. Overall, it was a convenient stay for a short visit, especially if you’re attending an event nearby."
"Honesty I don’t know why I like to stay at this hotel even if it’s cleanlinesses not that satisfy or facility is not that up to spec.
Maybe because I’m driving and there are lots of parking nearby available, no matter it is street parking or open space parking.
Also, it’s late check in services, counter is available for check in even I reach midnight.
The bed is good. Hardness is good for me as I like to sleep on hard bed.
I and my colleague check in the same hotel, for my room, water supply in the shower room is ok but my colleague’s one she told me is slow.
I manage to snap some photo of its room defect which you may have a look at it.
I have another colleague staying nearby whereby her hotel got provide some light refreshment like coffee but mine only provide one small bottle mineral water.
I hope this hotel can upgrade its facility asap so that I can continue to be your guest."
"Checked in at 3:40 PM, but after queuing for about 30–40 minutes, the front desk informed me that my room was still not ready and asked me to wait an additional 90 minutes. It felt like the management had taken on more than they could handle. This was an advance booking, and given that it was a peak period, I would expect better preparation.
Breakfast was another issue. There was a very long queue. I was lucky to arrive early, but it was still uncomfortable trying to enjoy my meal while seeing the crowd building up behind me. The breakfast itself was average—some items were good. The char kway teow, in particular, was quite nice.
One surprising observation: it was my first time seeing a chef clearing guest tables. That was unexpected."
"Clean and good location.
Room have kettle, hair dryer, cup and spoon. Provide water dispenser for hot and cold water, and I saw there is a refrigerator at the public area.
Nearby is easy to get food within walking distance. Parking also free during weekends."
"Mercure Living Putrajaya is located right within Shaftsbury Putrajaya and just a short distance from Alamanda. The receptionist was friendly and attended promptly to my requests. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Facilities were great, with a kitchenette, washing machine, microwave, and utensils provided. Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices, including shabu-shabu, which is quite rare to find in a hotel buffet. The swimming pool is long and enjoyable.
The only downside was housekeeping, which was often not timely. On some days, I returned from work at 5 pm to find that the room still hadn’t been cleaned. Hopefully they can improve on this service."
