This hotel was dedicated to kids ..it has a lots of playground indoor and outdoor for free.the view from room was spectacular amazing and this hotel area was huge..it has mini zoo,sled area,camping zone and lake ..the only hotel in town ..better than Ramada ..

While playing at a kids cafe, I happened to find out that there was a Children's Day event. I asked the Kids Cafe staff several times where the magic show was held, but they kept telling me the wrong place, so I ended up watching it late. There was no guidance at the front desk when checking in, and there was no text message notification of the event to guests in advance, which was disappointing. I stayed in an ondol room, and although the mattress wasn't soft, it was nice because the floor was warm!

We went to Pyeongchang for our wedding anniversary trip. Kensington is famous for being kid-friendly, so it was great to travel with children. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious. I was satisfied with the experience of feeding the animals.

The hotel was clean and it was quiet, perhaps because it was a weekday. The room was also satisfactory. I had a good time with my family I plan to visit Daeun again. I recommend it

I was worried about going on a trip to Pyeongchang due to the heavy snow warning. I arrived safely. As expected, there is so much snow that there is nothing to do. I asked if early check-in was possible. Thank you for your convenience! I had a great stay with good value for money! Breakfast was delicious too!

Kensington Hotel for a fun trip with three friends and family First of all, I was satisfied overall, and there was a Woljeongsa course the next day, and it was even better because it was so close. I plan to use it again next time ^^

The Kensington Pyeongchang Hotel in the snow country that embraces the spirit of Odaesan language It was clean and pretty because it had been renovated. I think it would be great for families with children, especially since there are specials for children. PyeongChang Olympics souvenirs and interior props are also on display. It was good to remember the glorious PyeongChang Olympics. The rooms were clean and I would have regretted it if I didn't eat breakfast. I realized why it was popular Korean and Western food is clean and delicious. This is my first time eating such a generous breakfast. The staff, with their smiles and friendliness, were better than those of a five-star hotel in Seoul. I want to go again in the fall^^

I made a reservation for my parents' room, and everyone said they were satisfied. Amenities are okay too

Kids and the Olympics may not be a good combination, but it's a great place to spend a night with kids. It's a bit disappointing that the swimming pool is chargeable.

I was shocked at the very old and old condition of the room. Although it is a kid-friendly hotel, I wasn't very satisfied with it except for the kids cafe and animal feeding experience. If there had been a slide in the pool, I wouldn't have regretted paying extra to use it. Still, it was quiet and nice to enjoy the nature of Pyeongchang in winter.

It was a holiday trip with my family, and it was a perfect trip because we could use the kids cafe, the heated swimming pool, and even a baby bar in the lobby. The staff were very friendly, the facilities were nice, and it was a four-in-four room type, so there was a mini tent, and the kids loved it. I did it. I will come again next year✌🏼❤️

It was nice and clean. The facilities are good and the view is good. The lighting was a little dark, but thanks to that, I slept well early.

I had a very clean and comfortable night with my children. It was a much more luxurious hotel than I expected. If I have a chance to come to Pyeongchang, I will come back again.

This is a place I went to without a plan in search of snow. This was my third visit, and I saw a different charm when I went with my child. It's so great to do with kids!! There are things to do for children, and there are a lot of places in the breakfast restaurant that are considerate of babies!! What can the eyes say? I was happy because the garden was filled with snow.
