The check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and impatient. As tourists who are not familiar with public transport online ticketing, we needed assistance, but the staff was not helpful. Better customer service and support for international guests are needed.

When we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell. Toiletries were not provided, and parking was also limited.

The natural beauty around the hotel was great. The cleanliness and attention to detail was also not bad considering the price. The rooms were spacious and the additional floor gave it a feeling of openness. Our family enjoyed the kids room, yet did not think the breakfast buffet was worth the money. Beside that we enjoyed everything else about our stay there.

Super clean, super convenient. Lovely staff. The room was spacious. The free shuttle bus from the bus station and to the ski slopes was perfect. The restaurants and coffee shop are really cool. The arcade room is cool. I will definitely come back.

Very noisy at night due to its ceiling fan/heating system.
We like the in house sauna which we have special concession though it’s not free access.
