리조트 ㄷ군데군데 녹이슬어있고 요인지 이불인지 모를 상당피 얇은 요에 앞전 투숙객이 버린 쓰레기는 치워있지않고 리조트밖 베란다 데크도 너무 더러워서 먼지투성이에 나갈 수 없고 심지어
문조차 열기 힘들었던..ㅜㅜ
화장실 슬리퍼에도 곰팡이 투성이라 신지 못했으며
워터파크 이용때문에 처음 아용해봤는데 두번은 못올거같아요

The staff had limited English proficiency, making communication quite challenging.
Upon our early arrival at around 11am, we found the reception area to be deserted. Along with other guests, we were left waiting at the counter, unsure of what to do. Finally, around 1pm, a receptionist appeared. However, rather than simply informing us that check-in was only possible after two, they made each guest wait in queue to deliver the same message. Upon returning to the reception at 2, we were informed that we had to wait an additional hour. This experience was quite unprofessional and made it challenging to enjoy other activities
