Tui Magic Life Kalawy

This is our 3rd visit to this resort as we stayed the same time here last year. This time we upgraded to a ocean View in block 16 and we wasn't disappointed waking up to the ocean every day. We did wonder if it would meet our expectations as we had a great time here last year, but it sure did and in many ways the service and staff were even more pleasant x Food choices in the main restaurant are amazing with something for everyone, you can sit inside or outside and drinks are served by a waiter absolutely 💯. You can also dine in the speciality restaurants and we had no problem booking them. 3 pools to choose from and snacks are available around all of them if you want to eat at the pool. Lots of activities available throughout the day and a great gym if u want to exercise 💪 The lagoon is great with a calm water and lots of activities such as canoes, wind surfing and paddle boards too, the sea is warm too. Great jetty for snorkeling off and life guards are on duty at all the water locations. Again we had a great holiday the team cannot do enough for you and everyone has a smile on their face and so pleasant, from the gardener's to the waiter's. We celebrated our wedding anniversary while we were away and the team did a great job decorating the room and we ate at the Egyptian restaurant that night and they decorated the table and got us a cake. A great relaxing holiday in a magnificent hotel with stunning views and so much to do with the sunshine guaranteed. Lovely hotel with a lovely staff. Very clean and good food. Me and my wife we stay for a week and I regret because I didn’t book my holiday for 2 weeks. Next time when I will book will be 2 weeks. Rooms was very clean , restaurant was excellent also bar was great. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is beautiful, immaculate and well maintained. A real oasis in the desert. The staff are fantastic and always happy to help. I have a serious nut allergy and found the signage including allergy details very helpful. The night time entertainment whilst a little late is out of this world especially the pool party and African experience. Our children aged 7 and 9 loved going to the Mymo club where they were able to bake cookies, play tennis, kayak, do archery, fly kites, watch films and much much more. Desiray and her team are full of enthusiasm and the kids had lots of fun. Pointers: *Factor 50 sunscreen is a must no matter what you normally use. *They take pounds or euros or dollars so you don't need to pay to change money Thank you and we hope to return soon

I’m writing this review while waiting for the coach to pick us up from the hotel. If you are thinking of coming here, DO IT. worth all of the money I paid and more. Delicious, fresh produce every day at the buffet and extremely clean everywhere you look!

This was my first time in Egypt & the first time travelling as a single parent. We absolutely loved this hotel & I would definitely return back. The place is full of charm, our room was lovely & the A/C was amazing (needed in the 45 degree heat!) The hotel is very isolated but has everything you need on site. I don’t have any negatives about our visit, the only thing I would of liked less of is the hard sale for the spa/boat trips/camel rides etc around the pool as they were quite pushy which was intimidating as a single female. The entertainment was always good, always plenty going on during the day around the main pool. We opted for the pool closest to our room which had the water slides on & we also used the beach several times. The free kayaks are great fun! It’s a yes from us - we will definitely be back!

My family and I have returned to this hotel for three years running and have yet to be disappointed. The cleaning staff are outstanding the rooms are cleaned to an excellent standard and they often make a towel art of an animal for when you come back to your room. The entertainment team are exceptional and work tirelessly to ensure everyone has a brilliant holiday . The main restaurant is very nice for breakfast lunch and dinner offering a delicious variety of food every day. In the evening they do different themes for the main restaurant although it is mainly International themed they do an Egyptian night on Sundays and gala night one night a week. There are four restaurants you can book there are three that are included and one you pay for: the restaurants that are included are trattoria (Italian) east (Asian) and an Egyptian restaurant, the one you pay for icalled fish and grill. The staff are very kind and accommodating and will always sort your problem out. There is a jetty from which you can snorkel, as well as a lagoon which you can also snorkel/swim in. There are four pools in which you can use: the big activity pool, the small activity pool, the relax pool and the slide pool. The entertainment team do activities all day ranging from volleyball to aqua fit. Even on Sunday when the entertainment team are not working they still manage to deliver small bits of entertainment throughout the day. They do aqua cycling and aqua fit in the activity pool as well as a pool game which starts at 12:30 and ends at 12:45 after this the entertainment team go on a break until 15:00. The main and other restaurants open at 19:00. There are also lots of cats if you are a cat lover

Excellent hotel - clean - well kept - great staff at pool bar , restaurant and house keeping . Very varied food selection. Stayed in block 14 which is right next door to the family pool with water slides. It's much further from Hurghada than most others so bare this in mind if you intend to site see rather than relax at the Hotel. We would be happy to return here .
