Nice swimming pool and beach. Too much flies. The check in was too long and the room not ready.

So far one of the most beautiful hotels we have visited. So authentic, with wonderful staff. The rooms are comfortable, clean, the beach is one of the most beautiful bays in this area. The food is extremely delicious! The hotel is a paradise for people who want a relaxing and quiet vacation. I want to commend yesterday's trip to El Quseir. Our guide Shazly (from the beach) was an exceptional guide. He described the history of the city so vividly and interestingly, and through his childhood and life stories inspired us and evoked this historic city. Thank him very much for that. It was a beautiful day. Also kudos to Mustafa from the beach and Shazly from the pool, at the Al Fresco restaurant as well as other staff who are more than friendly and unobtrusive. Utopia Beach Club is a hotel that will always be in my heart and I will come back whenever I have the chance. Apart from being a beautiful place with gorgeous scenery, beach and buildings, most importantly, the people that work there are beautiful. From the management team to the towels boy, everyone is very kind, friendly and doing everything to make you feel welcome and to make sure that your stay is memorable. But regardless how beautiful a hotel is, how good the food or how many different facilities it has (and Utopia has pretty much everything you could need on holiday at an all inclusive resort: spa, beauty services, shops, ATM’s, a snorkeling and diving center, kids club, etc.), for me and my husband, the most important thing on this type of holiday is the entertainment team (we never go on an all inclusive holiday if the hotel does not have entertainment). And Utopia has the best one ever, I adore those kids so much. They always put a smile on your face, they always work so hard to make everyone happy, from kiddies to the elders, they have energy and good vibes for everyone, all nationalities, all ages. We made really good friends with them, especially with Bodi, Semsem and Adela (who were my kids this holiday 🥰). I know we will be back there next year for sure and we cannot wait for that (even thought we literally got home just over an hour ago).
