One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

Positiv: Sehr gutes Housekeeping (Mahmoud Abdelaaty) Gute Tauchangebote in der Umgebung. Viele Möglichkeiten zum trinken oder essen. Negativ: Zu viele polnische Gäste die sich leider nicht benehmen können oder deren Kinder. Das Essen war von der Auswahl sehr klein gehalten, geschmacklich ok.

Spędziłem jeden tydzień w hotelu i na prawdę polecam. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna. Aquapark bardzo duży. Basenprzy hotelu że słona wodą prawie pusty. Na pewno nie trzeba przechowywaćów 😂. O każdym konkretnym dniu specjalnym miejsca. Plaża duża z główną rafą koralową. Karol najlepszy Animator pozdrawiamy serdecznie!

Świetny ogromny kompleks składający się z trzech hoteli. Wybraliśmy Palace i całkowicie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Czystość, różnorodność jedzenia, drinków, pomoc ze strony obsługi bez wymuszania napiwków. Hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie w każdym tego słowa znaczeniu. Genialne położenie obok miejscowości Port Ghalib. Napewno wrócimy, jak nie do Palace to innego hotelu z sieci Pickalbatros. Szczególne wyrazy uznania dla naszego ulubionego kelnera Samira Ghanem który obsługiwał nas w restauracji Olive. Młoda osoba która naprawdę wyróżnia się wśród obsługi hotelowej bardzo pozytywnie. To moja pierwsza wizyta w Pickalbatros The Pałace i na pewno nie ostatnia. animacje rowniez super, Karol oraz Yoenkyyy.Jeśli chodzi o hotel, jest super, a obsługa jest bardzo dobra. Pokoje są odpowiedniej wielkości, obsługa sprzątająca i restauracja są bardzo dobre, a także obsługa baru i rozrywka była świetna. Dziękujemy za wszystko.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The place was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available in various areas. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options. A minor issue was the age of some parts, which could use renovation.

L’hotel molto bello, grande pieno di cose.. le persone sono super gentili, disponibili, e servizievoli. Camere, belle e spaziose, luminose che vengono pulite e rifornite ogni giorno. Lo staff gentile disponibile. Giardini e atmosfera curata ogni giorno, il tutto risulta sempre impeccabile. Ci sono molti ristoranti grandi a buffet con cucina egiziana e italiana, con ampia scelta di frutta, bevande e dolci. Ci sono molte attività di festa e spettacoli dopo cena come balli latini e schiuma party. Ci sono due pontili lunghi che portano al alla barriera corallina, piena di pesci colorati con possibilità di sportare anche murene, razze e tartarughe marine. In alternativa, ci sono tantissime esperienze di snorkeling e diving nelle vicinanze con un dive team impeccabile: creano un atmosfera di gruppo e risate e si interessano dei tuoi bisogni e desideri tutto il tempo.

Es war sehr sehr schön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, Karma war für unser Zimmer zuständig und es war jeden Tag top aufgeräumt, wir hatten immer frische Handtücher. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Alles in Allem war alles super und immer sehr sauber
