The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. Also special thanks to Chef Imad for listening to all the comments about the food and for his keenness to provide the best possible quality and service. I hope to visit the place again

The environment is good, the location is excellent, and the price is high! A perfect stay experience! Serious and sincere service, really good, very warm, highly recommended, I will book this next time I come!

We transferred to here-(@our own cost)-having initially chosen a dreadful hotel for our holiday…and my goodness were we pleased we changed to the Oriental Rivoli…!!…superb hotel, very friendly staff-especially Ghallab on the front desk…all staff were charming and helpful…my favourite staff member being the guy on security outside the hotel…!!…there are 3 pools to choose from and you can either bask in the sun or laze in the shade, always plenty of loungers and umbrellas…the beach that belongs to the hotel is amazing, the sea and fish are a sight to behold…there’s a friendly bar where you can get drinks and food-(even if you are AI you still have to pay unfortunately, but it’s very cheap, huge pizza and chips, enough for 2 and 4 cans of pop approx €15)-we enjoyed this hotel so much and are already going back in January…❤️🇪🇬❤️

Beautiful hotel. We rested 10 days family in this beautiful place. We used to be in Egypt and lived in different hotels, so we have something to compare with. I want to note in this hotel very polite and courteous staff. The kids club in the hotel is wonderful!!! Our daughter Tina is delighted with the teachers Hovide and Mohan are incredible people with a big heart. Very good child care. Many activities, swimming pool, quiet room, video games, drawing classes with children, modeling, all this you will find in the kids club Oasis. The restaurant is a separate topic, I would like more variety of food. But all the drawbacks cover staff! Mohamed, who worked on the right balcony hi is amazing, very hard-working and helpful employee, polite! Thank you very much also Mosalam, who is always ready to come to the rescue. In general, I am delighted with the people who work here. Girls animators Lilly, Ira and Lena here at all I have no words, beautiful girls that create the mood of the day! Thank you!

Thank you for good experience. We liked this hotel very much. The food was delicious, room was great. Internet quality was very good. Also, it was very good access to the sea. We liked very much that there was a place for snorkeling where you can see beautiful view. Also the hotel had the best animation staff. Girls and boys were very friendly and they always tries their best that you will join the activities like morning exercise, darts, exercise in the pool, volleyball, belly dance. Especially very friendly was the animator Matrix (Special thank you for him) who always tried to join us in every activity. Also, there was some show every evening. The hotel itself is at very good location: it's about 30-45 mins (depends on your pace) of Walk to the city centre if you like to walk or if you are lazy you can go for 2 euros/dollars by taxi.

We have recently returned from our 12th visit, secure in the knowledge that we are guaranteed the warmest of welcomes from the friendliest staff, where nothing is too much trouble. Many of the long serving staff feel like family, and it is always a delight to catch up with them. We befriended a few first-time visitors during our stay who agreed that the Palace has a special ambience and they would not hesitate to return. The animation team, which seem to change team members with each visit were an enthusiastic bunch of six, who kept us entertained throughout the day and evening without being intrusive, and we were happy to join in a lot of activities in between relaxing. The new bar area and the updated Ali Baba restaurant is very impressive, and very popular. The booking system via the QR code works very well. As in a previous review, there are some suggestions I could offer, an example would be to vary the evening entertainment, perhaps a quiz on the terrace earlier around 20.00 rather than leave it until 22.30 in the Borsalino - as it would appear that the events in the pub are poorly attended. Also possibly reinstate the reservation of sunbeds at the pool and the beach should they not be occupied for over 2-3 hours, this would give people sufficient time to go and eat breakfast/lunch, or take the boat to the reef for a snorkel. Finally, please try your best to get the air conditioning fixed in the bar before the real hot weather kicks in (I guess you are waiting on a component), most guests enjoy sitting outside, but when no space is available the only other option is to sit in reception, particularly if you wish to chat and not have to shout over the regular singers. This is not a problem of course as it would seem that the bar service extends to this area, but we did feel sorry for the bar staff working so hard in the overheated bar. Keep doing what you are doing Iberotel Palace and you are guaranteed many return guests.

I found this hotel on the last day and made a reservation. I stayed in Sharm El Sheikh for 5 days and regretted that I should have found it earlier. I participated in snorkeling on the tour the day before, but I couldn't snorkel because of the rough weather, and I ended up turning back, but when I learned that I could snorkel here, I found a lot of coral and fish. I was really happy because I came to Sharm El Sheikh for the purpose of snorkeling. It was a short time so I would like to stay longer next time.

It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. The layout of the suite rooms is reasonable, and the bathroom is especially comfortable and spacious. 2, the main restaurant is large enough, rich in variety, lunch, and dinner. There are no five-star hotels in Egypt that can do this. 3, the children's club is very large, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a small water park. 4, the resort covers a large area, the pool is also enough, no matter which building has a close swimming pool. 5, the evening show is superior in Egypt, the first half hour is to bring the children to dance. The latter is the official program. 6, the shuttle bus in the resort is more frequent, you must take the car at the point. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. So such an all-inclusive is a bit regrettable. 2, nabq bay's beach is congenitally short, very hard reef, want to snorkel through the trestle and then go to the sea, inconvenient. But the fish is really beautiful and beautiful. In short, based on our experience of living in 11 resorts in the Red Sea of Egypt, this is a great recommendation and will go again.
