網上訂房付款158元，由於平台抽成實際酒店收到151元，所以就給我151的水單，這是你們酒店和**為什麼要轉嫁到消費者身上。水單和發票金額不一致我沒辦法報銷，至於你們之間如何分成不是我的問題啊。前台操作慢還態度很差，把**。酒店早餐8.30幾分就開始收了，去的時候已經沒剩幾個東西可以吃了。

這個酒店本來不至於給差評的，房間大小設施這些還算可以。就是樓頂空調外機很吵，後來換了房間噪音好很多。差評是給前台和樓層主管的，因為我當天退房後發現衣服遺留在客房，電話到前台問告知我不知道，要問樓層，偏偏樓層主管説休息了，讓第二天再去電話，然後來來回回幾個電話後衣服找到了，我人已經回杭州了。然後還要自掏腰包找快遞。我就納悶了，酒店在退房時沒服務員查房嗎，當時發現的話通知我，我返回去拿不就好了，還要幾天才查到客人遺留物品。這種管理讓人長見識了。
