The friendly front desk staff even upgraded our room, and the complimentary cookies they gave us were absolutely delicious. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet/dry separation and also included a bathtub. Breakfast was extensive, offering a wide variety of options to choose from."

Showerbx and a separate bathtub. I liked the hotel. At the hotel lobby, very attentive, polite and helpful people, my check in experience was very good. The hotel associate that did my check in also helped me buy a flower bouquet and had it delivered to my room. Her name is Celia, and she did an outstanding job with the check in as well as for the flowers purchase. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of foods, pastries, western and Chinese cuisine. Lovely overall."

"The hotel offers one-on-one butler service, and they'll call and add us on WeChat in advance for easy communication. We checked in that afternoon, and the weather was very hot. Having informed us we were leaving, the butler thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning, which instantly made us feel welcome upon entering. The room was large and spacious, immaculately clean, and even had a large hot tub. I forgot to take a picture, but it was quite relaxing to soak in it on a hot day! On check-out day, the butler also let us know early that we could take a photo of our room card and leave. They also assisted with check-out, which was very thoughtful. Overall, the experience was excellent, and the service was spotless. I'll definitely be back!"

"We booked a two-bedroom garden room for a party, costing 1,300 yuan per night. It was a truly depressing day. One positive thing: the service was excellent and always available. But the problems were: 1) The place was filthy. The toilet was unclean, full of dirt and a strong smell. The faucet was covered in water stains. 2) The amenities were incomplete. There was no wifi. There was no bottle of mineral water when we first arrived. We ordered takeout that evening, but no delivery driver was available. There were no slippers. 3) The decor was indescribable. The next day, we went to Golden Beach. The area was poorly managed, crowded, windy, and the public facilities were inadequate. I won't be back. This place's good reviews are probably fabricated."
