Located next to Butterfly Lake Park in the new city district, the hotel boasts a prime location, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling city. The architecture is grand and open, full of oriental charm. The rooms are elegant and spacious, with lake-view rooms offering panoramic views of Butterfly Lake Park and the city. The decor is elegant and sophisticated, with meticulous attention to detail.
Special praise goes to Sophia at the front desk! From check-in onwards, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism and enthusiasm. She proactively inquired about our needs, patiently answered all our questions, and processed the check-in process efficiently and smoothly. Throughout our stay, Sophia maintained a warm smile, making us feel right at home. Her attentive service, whether recommending nearby attractions or assisting with minor issues, embodied Hualuxe's service philosophy of ”closeness to nature without sacrificing luxury.”
The hotel's other facilities are also excellent—the vibrant all-day dining restaurant's cuisine was impressive, and the indoor heated swimming pool and fitness center are well-equipped. But Sophia's thoughtful service was definitely one of the highlights of this stay, making the overall experience even more perfect. Next time I come to Qidong, I will definitely choose Hualuxe Hotel again!

GGuest UserIt is very convenient to travel and live in a homestay now. There is a kitchen where you can simply cook noodles. The room is much better than expected. Parking is also convenient. There are parking places on the ground and underground. The boss is very good. Like it.

There’s a lovely tea room that also connects with the gym area — perfect for relaxing after a workout. The hotel also has convenient washing and drying facilities, which is a big plus for longer stays.
Although there isn’t much immediately around the hotel, everything you might need is within 10–15 minutes by car. It’s located in a calm area that’s great for peaceful walks, and there’s even a grocery store right in the same building.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in Qidong New Town.

The boss and the proprietress are Shanghainese, and they operate this self-retentioned place with their heart!
The boss used to study in Germany, and in Germany, both Chinese and Western food have dabbled. Here we booked a dinner, not the direction of the farmhouse, but a more exquisite blend of Chinese food taste! For example, beef stew radish stew, the taste is relatively Cantonese but there is also a balance of Shanghai's exquisite taste. According to the boss's outlook, next time you should go to his house to try German sausage and sauerkraut pork elbow. Seeing that he is confident, he is more expected! Meet next time his family officially prepares a meal, come to experience the food!
His house has a swimming pool, billiard room, table tennis, mahjong room (there are two tables, it is recommended that the two seats are better to separate the two rooms, do not interfere with each other), and there is a k song room (the sound and core are general, eat and drink enough to sing and sing).
The clean and detailed design of the room is full of care. It is said that next year, on the glass roof of the existing first floor, a large aquarium will be built on it. Drinking coffee beer below, you can see the fish swimming on the top. It should be full of enjoyment!
It is about 20 kilometers away from the sunrise beach. It needs to start at 4 in the morning and can take a beautiful sunrise. The place to catch the sea is not recommended in the blue sea and silver sand in Evergrande Venice. There are a lot of people here. The water smells and is limited. You can come out of the wild beach to catch the sea!

AAnonymous UserThe room we stayed in was 8311. The location was good, the room was relatively large, there was a sofa, the window was open and could not be closed, there were many cars outside at night and it was a bit noisy, but the air circulation in the room was good.
There was a smell in the bathroom of the room, the smell of the sewer was stinky, and then the aunt came to clean it the next day. When I came back from playing on the beach at night (it was half an hour away from Golden Beach), I smelled the bathroom and there was no smell, but! As soon as the shower was turned on and the ventilation inside was turned on, there was a smell again, woo woo woo, it was really the smell of the sewer. Later, I asked the front desk and they said that the ventilation could not be turned off, and it was troublesome to change the room. I brought a disposable bed cover, and I was afraid of trouble, so I endured it for a while and did not change it.
But I really recommend asking the engineer to take a look at the exhaust and bathroom sewer of this room. The smell is really strong😂😂

MMJ MaphephaI had a pleasant stay at the Homeinn Selected Hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean, and easy to locate. The room was well-maintained, smelled fresh, and included all the essentials one would expect for a comfortable stay.
However, checking in as a foreign guest proved to be a bit challenging, despite the hotel's claim of being welcoming to both locals and international travelers. It would be helpful if the check-in process were made smoother for non-Chinese guests.
Overall, a good experience in terms of cleanliness and comfort, with just a bit of room for improvement in the check-in process for foreigners.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Magnolia Hotel in Industrial Park for business some time ago and I really thought it was great!
The hotel is strategically located in the core area of the industrial park, surrounded by many companies, with a well-developed transportation network and close to subway stations and bus stops. Whether you are going to nearby companies to negotiate business or to other areas of the city for sightseeing, travel is extremely convenient.
The interior of the room gave me a great surprise. The overall design is simple, stylish and warm, the decoration is exquisite and thoughtful, the space layout is reasonable, and the lighting and ventilation are good. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to quickly fall into a sweet dream after a busy day. The room facilities are complete, the TV has clear picture quality, the air conditioning has excellent cooling and heating effects, and the intelligent control system adds a lot of convenience and fun to your stay. The configuration of desk, sofa and other facilities is just right, meeting my dual needs of work and leisure.
The hotel's service is first class. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. When checking in, they were not only efficient and quick, but also noticed that I was tired from the journey. They offered me a cup of hot tea and took the initiative to introduce restaurants and facilities around the hotel. When I asked for a nearby printing shop to prepare business materials, they immediately helped me find and provided detailed route information. The room service is meticulous and the room is spotlessly clean every day. One time I accidentally knocked over a water cup and called for it to be cleaned up. The staff arrived in less than three minutes and quickly cleaned it up. They also asked me with concern whether I was burned. Moreover, as long as I make a request, such as changing towels, replenishing toiletries, etc., the staff will respond immediately and handle it properly.
The catering is also remarkable. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, covering all kinds of Chinese porridge, noodles, stir-fried dishes, as well as Western bread, ham, eggs, etc. The taste is delicious and the ingredients are fresh.
The hotel's public areas are elegant and well decorated. The gym is fully equipped with equipment, allowing me to keep exercising while on business trips; in addition, the free parking lot solves my worries when I drive myself.
In short, the Industrial Park Magnolia Hotel performs well in all aspects and is highly recommended to friends who are traveling for business or vacation!
