GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. In particular, Celia Jin at the front desk made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. A polite gentleman from the concierge, wearing glasses, was very welcoming. He accompanied us to our room and introduced all the hotel facilities along the way, which was very professional. The breakfast was bountiful, and the garden design is exquisite and elegant! It's perfect for a vacation. Since it's a new hotel, some areas have elevation changes that require warning signs, as shown in picture three. Also, the entrance from the underground parking to the hotel lobby also has an elevation change without warning signs, which needs improvement! Additionally, a glass panel in the underground passage to the swimming pool is broken and needs to be replaced as soon as possible, with proper protection put in place.

DDochAmazing new hotel with modern facilities and very kind, helpful staff. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the whole property feels fresh and well maintained.
There’s a lovely tea room that also connects with the gym area — perfect for relaxing after a workout. The hotel also has convenient washing and drying facilities, which is a big plus for longer stays.
Although there isn’t much immediately around the hotel, everything you might need is within 10–15 minutes by car. It’s located in a calm area that’s great for peaceful walks, and there’s even a grocery store right in the same building.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in Qidong New Town.

QQiangsen666This is the best hotel in Lüsi Port Town. The entire design concept is based on a five-star hotel, and the level of service is indeed five-star. I don't know why it's listed as a four-star hotel. The hotel room is quite spacious, actually around 42 square meters. The facilities are new, except the air conditioning wasn't very hot; perhaps because it's spring and the central air conditioning is off, it was a bit chilly at night. The room was very clean, with attention to detail. The hotel's promotional video was excellent, showcasing many of the hotel's intangible cultural heritage artworks and design concepts. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor is a well-known local restaurant, excellent for seafood, as it's located in a famous fishing port. The receptionist, Ms. Shi, was very warm and attentive, even providing us with complimentary breakfast, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful. Special praise goes to the receptionist at the breakfast restaurant; she was exceptionally welcoming and even personally served me noodles when I couldn't carry two! 👍 The receptionist at the restaurant on April 6th deserves a huge thumbs up—a bright smile and warm service. The hotel butler also sent greetings via WeChat. It's rare to find such a good hotel in a small town. By the way, there are charging stations in the underground parking garage; slow charging is convenient, but the electricity cost of 2.24 yuan per kilowatt-hour is a bit expensive, judging from the perspective of a Black Diamond member. This hotel deserves a 90 out of 100; it's a great choice for anyone visiting Lüsi Port.

AAnonymous UserThe room we stayed in was 8311. The location was good, the room was relatively large, there was a sofa, the window was open and could not be closed, there were many cars outside at night and it was a bit noisy, but the air circulation in the room was good.
There was a smell in the bathroom of the room, the smell of the sewer was stinky, and then the aunt came to clean it the next day. When I came back from playing on the beach at night (it was half an hour away from Golden Beach), I smelled the bathroom and there was no smell, but! As soon as the shower was turned on and the ventilation inside was turned on, there was a smell again, woo woo woo, it was really the smell of the sewer. Later, I asked the front desk and they said that the ventilation could not be turned off, and it was troublesome to change the room. I brought a disposable bed cover, and I was afraid of trouble, so I endured it for a while and did not change it.
But I really recommend asking the engineer to take a look at the exhaust and bathroom sewer of this room. The smell is really strong😂😂

The boss and the proprietress are Shanghainese, and they operate this self-retentioned place with their heart!
The boss used to study in Germany, and in Germany, both Chinese and Western food have dabbled. Here we booked a dinner, not the direction of the farmhouse, but a more exquisite blend of Chinese food taste! For example, beef stew radish stew, the taste is relatively Cantonese but there is also a balance of Shanghai's exquisite taste. According to the boss's outlook, next time you should go to his house to try German sausage and sauerkraut pork elbow. Seeing that he is confident, he is more expected! Meet next time his family officially prepares a meal, come to experience the food!
His house has a swimming pool, billiard room, table tennis, mahjong room (there are two tables, it is recommended that the two seats are better to separate the two rooms, do not interfere with each other), and there is a k song room (the sound and core are general, eat and drink enough to sing and sing).
The clean and detailed design of the room is full of care. It is said that next year, on the glass roof of the existing first floor, a large aquarium will be built on it. Drinking coffee beer below, you can see the fish swimming on the top. It should be full of enjoyment!
It is about 20 kilometers away from the sunrise beach. It needs to start at 4 in the morning and can take a beautiful sunrise. The place to catch the sea is not recommended in the blue sea and silver sand in Evergrande Venice. There are a lot of people here. The water smells and is limited. You can come out of the wild beach to catch the sea!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a green park, with a campsite and a zoo. The whole park is very large and lively during the day. You can go to the campsite in front to sing and drink coffee at night. Overall, I am quite satisfied. It is suitable for traveling with parents and children. The front desk service is very good and answered my questions enthusiastically. It is about 10 minutes drive from Qidong city. I will stay here next time I come to Qidong.

MMJ MaphephaI had a pleasant stay at the Homeinn Selected Hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean, and easy to locate. The room was well-maintained, smelled fresh, and included all the essentials one would expect for a comfortable stay.
However, checking in as a foreign guest proved to be a bit challenging, despite the hotel's claim of being welcoming to both locals and international travelers. It would be helpful if the check-in process were made smoother for non-Chinese guests.
Overall, a good experience in terms of cleanliness and comfort, with just a bit of room for improvement in the check-in process for foreigners.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Magnolia Hotel in Industrial Park for business some time ago and I really thought it was great!
The hotel is strategically located in the core area of the industrial park, surrounded by many companies, with a well-developed transportation network and close to subway stations and bus stops. Whether you are going to nearby companies to negotiate business or to other areas of the city for sightseeing, travel is extremely convenient.
The interior of the room gave me a great surprise. The overall design is simple, stylish and warm, the decoration is exquisite and thoughtful, the space layout is reasonable, and the lighting and ventilation are good. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to quickly fall into a sweet dream after a busy day. The room facilities are complete, the TV has clear picture quality, the air conditioning has excellent cooling and heating effects, and the intelligent control system adds a lot of convenience and fun to your stay. The configuration of desk, sofa and other facilities is just right, meeting my dual needs of work and leisure.
The hotel's service is first class. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. When checking in, they were not only efficient and quick, but also noticed that I was tired from the journey. They offered me a cup of hot tea and took the initiative to introduce restaurants and facilities around the hotel. When I asked for a nearby printing shop to prepare business materials, they immediately helped me find and provided detailed route information. The room service is meticulous and the room is spotlessly clean every day. One time I accidentally knocked over a water cup and called for it to be cleaned up. The staff arrived in less than three minutes and quickly cleaned it up. They also asked me with concern whether I was burned. Moreover, as long as I make a request, such as changing towels, replenishing toiletries, etc., the staff will respond immediately and handle it properly.
The catering is also remarkable. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, covering all kinds of Chinese porridge, noodles, stir-fried dishes, as well as Western bread, ham, eggs, etc. The taste is delicious and the ingredients are fresh.
The hotel's public areas are elegant and well decorated. The gym is fully equipped with equipment, allowing me to keep exercising while on business trips; in addition, the free parking lot solves my worries when I drive myself.
In short, the Industrial Park Magnolia Hotel performs well in all aspects and is highly recommended to friends who are traveling for business or vacation!

JJason MarkThe accommodation was very nice, a small 1 bedroom apartment, the staff were nice and helped to get the kitchen ware which was missing when we first checked in, however the location is remote and transportation is almost non existent, therefore you will need to have your own car to enjoy your stay here.
