定的是城堡酒店，出行前一天酒店聯繫房間沒了，給免費升級到了威尼斯酒店，房間很乾凈，梅梅管家服務也很周到，中途需要的拼床和延遲退房服務管家都直接給辦理了，很方便，小孩子們玩的也很開心，非常滿意的一次出行🌝🌝

1. 非常適合帶小朋友來玩，泡温泉，挖沙，游泳玩水，大片跳床，萌寵等等
2. 星海岸這家看起來不顯眼的餐廳口味意外的好

房間很大，不壓抑，設計真的更棒，左邊門進出口，右邊門直通沙灘，帶孩子的可以解放雙手，就是衞生方面希望可以提高，然後希望可以增加點餐飲，點餐等服務

定了兩晚兩間房，全部免費升級成了海上威尼斯，恆大梅梅的服務特別周到，還沒入住就加了微信詢問有沒有什麼需要，入住過程中也一直給予貼心周到的服務，陪孩子睡覺的娃娃沒帶，還貼心的送了一個玩偶。很美好的入住遊玩體驗。下次還會再來。

原來預訂的海上城堡酒店，管家西西給我們升級到了五星級的威尼斯酒店，房間很豪華，有陽台，看海景視野很好👍，下樓走兩分鐘就是碧海銀沙景區，周圍飲食、娛樂齊全，停車也安排好了，非常方便，總體行程非常滿意

帶着老婆孩子一起出遊，很不錯的一家酒店，房間寬敞，超大陽台，出門就是海邊，房間內的設施一應俱全，早餐也很豐盛，酒店管家西西，細心周到，一次很棒的出遊體驗!

這次出來總體感覺很棒，到酒店辦入住管家就開始主動提供各種幫助，因為前一天天氣不好，在沙灘邊沒怎麼玩兒，第二天管家小姐姐梅梅主動詢問是否需要延遲退房，真的很貼心❤️ 這次小朋友玩兒的可開心了🥳
