房間很整齊，一邊面朝大海，一邊朝着恆大威尼斯酒店，地理位置很好，離碧海銀沙很近，開車5分鐘就到，房間還專門準備了一次性毛巾，正好去海灘挖沙子的時候能用。廚房還配備了鍋、刀、茶杯茶壺等用具，雖然我們沒用上，但是想得非常周到！下來還來！

由於當天堵車很晚才到，那裡一大片都是別墅，門牌號根本看不清，下來一間間找了也沒找到，打給別墅的客服，這位男士很不耐煩，視頻通話後還是沒找到，他無奈之下衹能過來帶我們去，找到後一直説不是跟你們説有院子，一直在抱怨。我衹想説，那麼一大羣別墅，我也沒來過，門牌號也看不清，我也沒見過別墅什麼樣，你鐵門關着，我們也不能擅自進去吧，萬一找錯了呢。而且你把我們帶到我們的房間前不是應該的嗎？這不就是你的工作嗎？
別墅感覺很久很久沒人住過了，裏面一股黴味，有一個衞生間的馬桶是壞的，不通電，造成無法沖水，最後我們六人衹能共用一個馬桶。廚房的廚具都很臟很油，如果有衞生要求的話，還是建議自己帶吧。客廳的沙發像是臨時拼起來的，上面用毛巾蓋了一層，毛巾一拿開，沙發表面很臟。
優點是有一次性洗浴用品，特別是有一次性毛巾和浴巾，這點比較好。可以免費使用燒烤架，不過建議帶個鋼絲球刷一下，因為烤架上很油。
本來因為店家態度問題想打一星的，但是能燒烤這點上還是不錯，就打了個三星

國慶長假第一天入住了遇見小築，地方很好找，最大的那個恆大威尼斯小區~直接跟着導航開到最裡麪一排的疊墅，停車很好停，因為小區入住率低，人不多。樓下沒什麼買東西的地方，不過好在外賣可以叫得到。開車出去十分鐘以內都是恆大的配套設施，有小童樂園，寵物樂園，洗温泉的地方，吃飯超市都在恆大酒店那邊附近，碧海銀沙在恆大酒店旁邊，開車過去十分鐘左右，停車也方便的。説回民宿，直接密碼入住，房東會提前給密碼，收拾的很乾凈，麻將桌是我們利用率最高的東西了大概哈哈哈哈~我們一共六大一小，四個房間正好，傢俱什麼的還是有一丟丟味道的，開門散一會兒就好，小區平時很安靜，入住的很開心！！
