房間非常豪華，但是做為温泉酒店，洗衣和烘乾設施太少了。建議增加幾台機器。餐飲自助餐味道也很一般，沒有什麼特色，希望能多考慮親子餐食。

從歐樂堡玩後過來的，離歐樂堡非常近，不到10分鐘的車程。一層大堂是辦理温泉娛樂的，酒店入住的大堂在四層，出了電梯就能看到前台，大堂非常大，有很多休息位，還有茶水可以自取，大堂裏還有假的椰子樹作為裝飾，可以看的出來酒店很用心，第一感覺很好。這次入住的接待經理是倪莎莎，簡單的問了下出行目的，聽到是親子出遊後，直接給升級了房型，安排了晚安牛奶，還貼心的幫忙看了是否有温泉直播間的優惠券，很感謝莎莎，這位熱情熱心的人。剛進到房間沒一會歡迎水果就到了，是香蕉小西紅柿和橘子，算是個小驚喜吧。房間真的很大，該有的都有，進門左右兩邊是衣櫃和衞生間，衞生間乾濕分離，帶超大號浴缸，洗手枱高度照顧了小寶寶，這一點是在其他酒店沒有的設計，看的出來設計時考慮的很細緻。接下來是一張兩米6的大床，床墊是整張的，真舒服。因為帶着孩子，之前訂的是一間標間，我是準備把兩張床手動拼到一起的，升級後的大床真的是省去了拼床的麻煩，這也體現了接待經理倪莎莎的貼心服務，點贊。房間裏還有一個雙人沙發，可以坐下來喝杯茶，看着窗外發發呆。不過想要放空一下的話，還是去外面的露台比較好，9月底不冷不熱，坐在大露台上非常舒服。房間整體就是這樣了，還有個小細節就是兩側牀頭櫃都貼了防撞角，住過很多酒店這是第一次遇到，因為有寶寶，之前都是用毛巾擋在牀頭櫃桌角，晚安牛奶也在約定好的時間準時送到房間，還又給了4瓶水，總之酒店是很用心的。第二天退房後也是送了水果和兩瓶水，這次入住的體驗很好，下次來這邊玩還會來這裏入住。

一次説走就走的親子旅行，一家三口帶着小孩子一起自駕來玩。完全沒想到酒店超乎期待，充電樁充電是酒店主動去停車場幫忙協助處理的，酒店是特地給升級的陽台房，早知道房間視野這麼好就早點來入住了。房間非常的寬敞明亮，而且有超大的浴缸，老公和孩子去泡温泉了我就美美的泡了一個澡，一天的疲憊都沒有了。天氣冷晚上還特地黑孩子送來熱牛奶，特別感謝劉冬梅經理熱情貼心的服務，入住前主動提前加了我們微信，詢問我們的需求。下次還會再來歐樂堡玩的，一定會再次選擇這個酒店。

房間空間很大，孩子很喜歡，服務人員態度超級好，尤其是前台的劉冬梅，讓人心裏暖暖噠，有問題也可以隨時解決，還送了孩子小禮物，下次還會再來。
