帶倆娃來青島玩 挑了好幾天酒店 最後終於定了美高梅 比想象中還要好
表揚陳清陽Tina小姐姐 服務太棒啦 有求必應 帶着娃們想住高一點的樓層 就給我們安排了29樓 第二晚又給我們升級了行政樓層 還送了挖沙工具 下次來青島還要住這😄

這次和朋友帶娃到青島玩，入住美高梅，酒店依舊擁有5星服務，環境。辦理入住的小姐姐cherry讓我印象深刻，每次説話都有着甜甜的笑容，兩個梨渦笑起來很好看，每天會問我要不要打掃房間，退房的時候還幫我等着按金到沒到賬，真的很貼心哦。自助早餐也不錯，種類齊全，吃一頓豐富的早餐，能量能定一天。就是客房服務吧，差一點意思，入住三天應該是沒換床品，第一天孩子玩的沙子，顆顆粒粒的一直在床上，每天都扎扎的。還有一天下午3點多，有服務生按門鈴進來補充酒水，我們都在睡覺，有點打擾。還有就是，這麼大的5星級酒店居然衹有一輛嬰兒車，我們兩個孩子還為了誰坐車大哭。其他的都很不錯

酒店地理位置離石長者浴場很近，窗邊就能看到海，房間設施和裝修也很新，比一些有點年份的老五星好太多。管家陳清陽小姐姐人也很好很負責，需要的東西、物品都會及時安排，好評。總體體驗不錯，下次來青島還會住這家的
