離地鐵口很近，去哪裡都方便，主卧可以看到小麥島海景，入住體驗很棒，房東也很熱情，推薦了很多好吃的地方，有問必答，以後有機會還會來

去青島主要是走親戚，這房子地理位置離親戚家近，所以訂了麥島家園，出去還是非常方便的。
就是一進屋就有股酸餿味，一開始以為是上一任住户在廚房做飯留下來的味道，後來才發現是衞生間，房東也説是因為下雨導致下水管返味上來。其他地方收拾的還是挺乾淨的，就是味道不好
