首先，衞生很差，床單有不明物體，而且椅子上有來例假沒穿內褲印上的血跡
服務幾乎沒有，身份證沒認證成功，我説走人工，最後她才説可以可以掃碼認證，都已經是深夜，前台服務短髮大姐還在那裡有捷徑不走，一直要認證還認證不上去。
其他服務就不説了，就一個前台，有什麼服務可言，了卻餘生都無人知曉
而且還不提供牙刷牙杯，真是奇葩，隔音效果巨差，幾個***半夜**到處跑

房間一股黴味,衞生間裏面全是水垢，洗手枱發黴，還有一股尿騷味，馬桶尿漬都不清潔！太臟了。

酒店房間裏都是蟲子，牙刷沒有更新換，淋浴間的花灑有毛髮殘留，洗手池裡面有污垢。唯一好評的還是前台服務，幫忙的很及時。
