I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Qingdao, and there are some noteworthy aspects to share. First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay. During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable. While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety. In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal. However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use. In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

Great location，breakfast is good with choices, room floor can clearly see dirty marks ; only thing was made me worry is anyone can get into your level without pass. We were stayed at level 9, everything time I walk to lift can see people sitting on sofa using phone charger; plus in the morning I even saw people slept on the public sofa on level 9. Wish hotel can improve safety measure by only has room card could access the life and hotel levels.

I enjoyed this stay very much, as it was in the heart of Licun, Qingdao, which I did not know very well. A lot to see in the area and easy access to the metro system. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable. The water pressure was poor but did not matter much. I would definitely recommend this to others as an inexpensive stay option.

best location to visit Qingdao for a few days

I found a very cost-effective hotel in Qingdao! ! The location is right next to Licun Subway Station, so it's very convenient to go anywhere! Downstairs is a large supermarket - Like Lai Supermarket. There is also Leke City Licun Night Market nearby, where you can also go shopping~ I stayed in a family triple room with my friends, which was very warm and comfortable! The bathroom and bathroom are separated from wet and dry areas ~ very clean and tidy! There is also a small yard outside the house, where three people can chat and play! The hotel is also equipped with a laundry room and simple fitness equipment. The lady also washed the clothes and brought them to the room. The service is really great! ! !

The pillowcases were dirty, there were some long hairs on the bed, there were a pair of false eyelashes left in the bathroom, the toilet...

The dust on the TV should be wiped off, the water in the kettle should be emptied after the guests check out, there is no need to keep it for the next wave of guests, and the bath towels should be washed well. I always choose to stay in Likelai, but this time the accommodation experience is very bad

The location is very good. It belongs to the business district. It is very close to the subway station, snack street and shopping mall. It is very convenient! The accommodation environment is also good. The bedding feels very soft and comfortable, unlike some hotel quilts that are hard and not skin-friendly. Several bottles of mineral water are also provided for free, which is enough for business trips. The lady at the front desk and the aunt who cleans are also very nice, polite and patient!

The hotel I choose for business trips is here every time I come. The reception staff is professional and enthusiastic. We have become brothers after coming here for a long time! ! The location is super convenient. There is a subway station downstairs, and it takes only 3 stops to get to the cooperative unit. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and you can have lunch and dinner in the hotel! The breakfast is very rich, and fried noodles and hot and sour soup are highly recommended! ! The room air conditioner cannot be adjusted. On the day of check-in, the check-in system was down and I had to wait for a long time. Hotel facilities are poor.

The pillows were not clean and the pillow core was yellow and stained with blood. The bathroom glass door is not wiped clean either Service: Not good. Is there no one at the front desk at night? The room attendant was dragging me to death. Parking is not free either, so sorry for the price! Facilities: Old, just the lobby has been renovated, right? As far as the lobby can be seen, the room is too bad, the decoration is old, the equipment is old, and the towel rack in the bathroom is patinated! Disgusting! The shower room is small and the air conditioning system is too old! ! Turn on the air conditioner and make a loud noise! ! ! It's like driving a tractor, buzzing! The key is not to be cool, but to be hot! I'm really speechless😅 The shower room is not hot either, so I can only take a cold shower at night? Boiler reluctant to heat hot spots? The windows were not clean either and the screens were extremely dirty. Environment: It's just close to the night market. The hotel is so bad, so bad! I'm really speechless. The room is clean and hygienic, of a suitable size, close to Exit E of Licun subway station, with night markets, shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. The breakfast has a rich variety, suitable for business trips and travel, and very cost-effective.
