From patiently explaining room types and local sightseeing tips during check-in to proactively assisting with requests, she was enthusiastic and professional throughout, providing caring and thoughtful service like a family member. Whether I inquired about conference facilities or local specialty foods, she answered meticulously and responded promptly, making the entire stay exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location is also impeccable. It's within walking distance of the beach and commercial areas, making transportation super convenient. "Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy transport links nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfy, and the soundproofing was good too, so I slept really well at night. Both the front desk and room service staff were very friendly and responsive, making me feel well looked after. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted good. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"I really struggled when choosing a hotel previously; I just couldn't make up my mind. I was worried that really new hotels might still have a strong formaldehyde smell from recent renovations. On the other hand, the older, more established brands seemed to have opened around 201x, and I worried their facilities might be outdated. It wasn't until a week before our trip that we finally settled on Yihai. The 'Sea and Mountain View' room type was quite spacious, giving our baby plenty of room to run around. Our baby also loved playing in the bathtub every day. The hotel thoughtfully provided special duck-themed slippers and snacks for our little one, which was a very nice touch. Perhaps because we weren't traveling during the peak summer holiday season, our hotel experience was excellent, and check-in was very quick. There was no crowding and no queues for breakfast. The staff member at the hotel entrance was really helpful; every time we left or returned, he would help open the door for us and even went to the car to retrieve our baby's stroller from the trunk."

"Checked out the MGM Hotel in Shenzhen and had a great off-season experience in Qingdao. The high floor offered fantastic views, and there were several notable highlights: ✅ Upon check-in, guests receive a small lion plushie 🦁 and MGM's brown sugar boba milk tea. ✅ Every guest gets a private butler service. A big shoutout to Nora for her prompt replies and quick responses! 👍 ✅ The rooftop pool and gym boast amazing views. ✅ The location is superb, right next to Shilaoren Beach and Golden Lion Square."

"I stayed at this hotel apartment last year and chose to stay here again this year. The room was exceptionally comfortable. I booked a sea view suite, and the ocean scenery was absolutely stunning. It's conveniently located near the subway station, making getting around quick and easy! I had to go deep-sea fishing early the next morning, so staying by the sea in the city was also more convenient. I think I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Qingdao! 👍"

The entire place was clean and tidy, especially the bathroom, which was bright and odor-free. The service response was good; they tried their best to resolve any issues. A commendable point is that the hotel lobby bar offers some affordable meal sets, which is convenient for tourists. There were a few minor flaws, though. On the sea-facing side, there was some trash accumulated on the rooftop below, which affected the view. The breakfast layout could also be more efficient, and it would be great if they had a warmer for the bread. Overall, I recommend staying here."

"When checking in, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and even had an employee assist me with my luggage all the way to the lobby and even into the elevator/room. Upon checkout, I stored my luggage for a bit, and again, an employee with an excellent attitude and service helped me with the storage process. When I picked up my luggage, they even put it in my car's trunk and closed the door for me. Overall, the staff's service and attitude were outstanding, especially the employee who handled the luggage storage. The location is also quite good, with a mall right next door, and attractions are neither too close nor too far. Unfortunately, the hotel room itself was a bit old; the bathroom floor had a bit of a film, disposable slippers were forgotten, and the bed sheets had some stains/spots."
