有史以來住過最次的七天酒店，住店價格卻挺高。青島冬天的夜晚零下10多度，居然沒有供暖，有個破空調在那吹也不熱。屋裡設施那個説，太破了。床就是一層床墊上面鋪個薄墊子。衞生間臟亂不堪，水龍頭特別細的水流。沒有毛巾衹有浴巾也不乾淨。太次，太次，想住店的考慮好，拒絕入坑。一分都不想給

做衞生需交待前台才打掃的。洗澡室還留有原住客使用過的牙刷。
優點：離棧橋近，大概2公里左右，這個價格就這樣吧。
