Sushe , Apartment hotel is very good environment and very good room and very clean ,I would like again stay this apartment hotel ,and also room service is very good

Disposable slippers, one pair has been worn by others, one air conditioner is not working and is too cold, a quarter of the curtains are broken, the walls are not clean, one toilet light is broken, everything else is fine.

The location of the hotel is okay, but the service is not good enough. I booked a king bed room with sea view. I went there on the first night and stayed in a common room for two nights. I called to inquire and found out that the arrangement was wrong. They said they would pay me the price difference for two days, but There is just no compensation. I feel that they don’t pay much attention to customer experience. If I didn’t call the person in charge, I would probably stay in a common room in the next few days. Remember to pay the difference.
