樓下就是火車站，房間可以看到大海，公寓整體環境上檔次，很有格調，我經常出差下次還會來，另外老闆大姐也很貼心。

超級棒，這個阿姨很熱情，我們第一天來就把那個水龍頭整爛了，然後，這個阿姨她還就是很熱情的，她説哎呀，我來給你們換個新的，第二天一大早她就過來給我們換垃圾，給我們換水龍頭，然後我們房間裏面住的很温馨，我們一行人六個住那個房間超級舒服，從來沒有體會到的感覺，有一種家的温暖，房間裏面有很多玩偶，然後那個阿姨還跟我們説冰箱裏面有冰糕和那個水，讓我們吃。然後那個我們來青島住的，這幾天其他酒店很撇很差，都要他這個價格，他這個價格又很便宜，很良心，還是光榮之家兄弟們支持一下，就定他家，以後我來青島就衹住他家，加那個熱水壺也很有趣，你們可以多燒燒，而且他真的是海景房，坐在那個窗邊就可以看到海很舒服，超級舒服。這個價格還要什麼自行車呀，兄弟們，真的，我超級推薦我用四川人最高的禮儀來説我兒編。而且他這個出門就是青島站，高鐵，地鐵都很方便，我們去哪裡隔景點也很近。或許你一開始看到如意大廈，你會覺得有點破舊，但你轉完這周邊所有的酒店，你會發現它是性價比最高條件還最好的。
