我不理解，開不了冷空調，現在是凌晨2點，趕7點的飛機，現在困但是睡不着，熱的。
隔音也很差，走廊的聲音一清二楚，樓上還有震動聲，人快碎了。
還有衹能下樓拿外賣很不人性化，連快捷酒店都配送餐機器人呢，還衹要這酒店一半的價格

Overall it was very good. When I checked in, the front desk guy (Kong Dehao) provided very good service and sent us breakfast. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted good, especially the soy milk. The only thing was that I couldn't find the courier I mailed in advance. It took a lot of trouble. I went to three places and called the courier over. Finally, I found it. I thank Mr. Wu, the housekeeping director, for his enthusiastic search. I suggest that the supervision mechanism for courier collection should be strengthened!
