房間設施很老舊，房間又小，床又差，這個房間感覺像100元的，從來沒睡過這麼差的房間，不知道哪裡來的好評！節假日能賣到七八百也是醉了！

服務熱情，酒店位置優越，步行3分鐘到中山路步行街，4分鐘到海邊棧橋，5分鐘到青島天主教堂。打車5分鐘到總督樓。樓下海鮮店，啤酒店，特產店，超市一應俱全。酒店硬件可以。建議把走廊地毯再洗一遍，就更佳了，完全對得起這個價格。海鮮店按網友之前評價，選中間那家，的確不錯。特別適合青島老城旅遊居住。

可能老城區的酒店，比較老，設施舊，房間很小，放行李的地方沒有，在消防樓梯口，挨着布草房，晚上十一點了噪音還很大。硬件一般，但服務還不錯。
