交通方便，離金沙灘大概三五分鐘，周圍吃飯的店蠻多，生活方便，結伴出行旅遊住挺合適的。房間裏乾乾淨淨的 坐床上就等看海，很滿意，下次還來。

房間入住整體還比較滿意，衞生做的不錯，設施齊全，洗衣機冰箱廚房用具都有的。位置很好就在金沙灘旁邊，走路幾分鐘到海邊。兩室一廳房子夠大價格不貴。

離海邊真的很近，走路去海邊啤酒城不成問題， 小區商業街有飯店可以邊吃邊逛。房子挺乾淨，性價比高，停車方便。

房間不錯設施全，小區裏停車方便，住了好幾天老闆給開了暖氣。小區裏也會有賣剛下船的海鮮，買回來回房間煮煮吃很鮮的

衞生很乾凈，沒有異味。位置很好找，老闆直接給發的定位還有房門密碼，自助入住。有洗衣機，出行友好。吃了房東推薦青島特色墨魚水餃，很不錯。
