位置很好，步行就可以去棧橋和金茂，周圍生活採買也方便，廚具齊全，滿足了長者家的自己做飯需求。房東還把車位讓給我們，很貼心

這是我最滿意的一次入住，房東溝通特別好，入住指南非常詳細，每一個環節都做的很細心。房間內部與圖片完全一致，乾淨衞生，暖和，日常用品非常齊全。實在是大大的一個贊呀！下次還會再入住的。

照片的樣子，就是沐子家的樣子！！乾淨整潔，房間佈置貼心舒適。我是帶着爸媽和孩子入住的，我家長者愛乾淨，沐子家是我爸媽住過的唯一一處讓他們無可挑剔的民宿。最開始選擇這裏，是因為圖片上有樓房的外景小區環境，事實上小區綠化也很好，步道板平坦，門衞大爺也很負責。樓道內乾淨沒有雜物電梯間整潔。説重點，開了密碼鎖進入房間，孩子好開心，有小愛同學，家用電器孩子長者用起來得心應手。電飯鍋是小米的和我們自己家裡的一樣。雖然沒在家裡做飯，但是也要説一聲廚房很乾凈，調料整整齊齊一應俱全，櫥櫃內乾乾淨淨，餐具齊全，還有小童專用餐具。主卧可以欣賞海景，晚上睡覺可以隱約聽到濤聲，天然的白噪音～孩子很喜歡小童房，一進門洗過手就在遊戲墊上玩上了。這四天住的真的很舒服，謝謝頭頭～走的時候我們把垃圾帶走了，鞋櫃上留下孩子的雙筒水槍給後面的孩子玩，對了謝謝頭頭給孩子準備用來扒沙子的小水桶和，還有雨傘～我朋友去青島首推你家😘

在老城區這塊，生活便利度這塊還是不錯的，家常的早飯出門就能買到，還是老店很棒。因為是自駕的，很感謝房東家將自己的車位借我停用了幾天，很熱心的年輕夫妻倆，從入住前到在住就沒少麻煩他們，但回覆消息很及時很有耐心，家裡還有寶寶玩的小滑梯，還新改造的讀書角，這塊很棒哦～總體住的挺舒適的～離經典一些老景點也是挺近的，以後再回青島還是會來的呢～
