前台小畢非常好，温柔熱情，給我們升級了海景房，酒店位置在石長者絕對是第一位，出去就是海灘，淡季旅行真爽，酒店的體驗滿分。

因為過生日，特地預訂了凱悦。
提早備註有小朋友需要圍欄，晚上到了酒店後問詢，告知 沒有圍欄，問有沒有其他辦法，酒店前台告知，沒有～我説，我有攜程酒店升級券，是否可以使用升個級，是否升級小童房會不會好一些？告知，不行！～
行吧，那再問下，過生日的話，凱悦這邊是否有生日禮遇？告知，沒有，但可以送一份水果～堂堂大中國，哪裡人缺水果吃了？？～～我也不再問詢了，在酒店前台製作房卡的時間，我網絡諮詢攜程客服，（在此同時）前台客服説，那我給您升級到海景房吧，可以的話，您方便給個好評嗎？我叫小＊，我説好的！後攜程客服電話我説，因為晚了酒店蛋糕來不及送。我説沒事我已經買好了，客服説可以送您份小朋友的挖沙工具以及紅酒，在此，非常感謝攜程客服！！
後進房間，小童洗漱用品也沒有。
第二天，同樣定了五星的⭐×灣酒店，一進門禮賓服務拿行李，前台客服看到有孩子立馬説，我幫您升級海景房吧，然後走出前台，把洗漱用品交予小朋友，並説小朋友這是洗漱用品，這是小禮物。對比強烈，以後再去青島不會再預訂凱悦～
總結，好評我會給的，但如同您給我生日禮遇一樣不情不願。
