The service staff are courtesy and helpful. The room are big and clean. The breakfast varieties are good spread.

It's the matter of what you offer & what you pay. The hotel needs to be renovated & cleanliness especially the shower area with strains & shower water pressure. Besides, the window has to be clean & hairs & dust are found somewhere. Breakfast is fine as a stars hotel

Trip gives the impression this is a five star hotel. It's not. It is 4 star. It is also quite dated. It's not bad, but it's far from great. Again, Trip gives the impression that it much better than it is. It's quite a worn out place with rooms in desperate need of a makeover. It also lacks charm or a feel of sophistication. Just kink of bland, really. Also, you can really taste the savings at the breakfast buffet. Again, not bad, but really cheap and bland. The one stand out was the Chinese food I ordered for room service.

The hotel is located near to the metro. A mall with good super market and food selection is just above the metro. Hotel amenities are old but spent most time visiting around QingDao. A good hotel choice for a short stay in this city.

Highly recommended. Rooms could do with a little bit of a refresh, as hotel is beginning to show its age, but still a great place to stay in downtown Qingdao - close to May 4th Square and wide range of shops, restaurants and bars. Very good service, with a number of English speaking staff too - which isn’t always the case in China.

Hotel is quite dated. Room furnishings clearly showing its age. I had to change room as the first one was not well-maintained. Beware of coming in spring, when the weather may get hot and yet the city-supplied gas heating continues to run - the room will be stuffy. Food at the ground level cafe was mediocre That being said, service is quite good and there was adequate service recovery done after encountering issues. It is also centrally located.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which provided good value for the price. However, the breakfast selection was limited, and there were no night services available from the restaurant. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still recommend this hotel for its reasonable pricing and overall positive experience.

About 5 min walk from the subway station to the hotel. Some malls in the area to grab a Starbucks coffee or some food. P.S. Google map does not work in China. Download MAPS.ME.
