交通很便利，離奧帆中心很近，周圍環境很好，對面就是商場。房東回覆及時，人很好。4層沒電梯，對年輕人來説不是啥問題，停車場在青島算蠻便宜的，30一天。
衞生一般，可能近海的原因屋子比較潮濕，味道較大，被子也稍微有點潮，窗户沒紗窗，比較老舊不太好關，建議不關窗簾，窗簾打開味道比較沖。
總體來説還是不錯的，房東很好。
