I wasn’t going to leave a review however, the state of the apartment was to terrible not to mention. The apartment was a huge disappointment. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a play area, an indoor pool (you pay by the hour) and excellent location even the finishings in the apartment are modern, BUT the apartment is not kept well AT ALL! It is dirty to say the least from pieces of food in the sink’s drain plug to the used tissues under the cupboards in the bedroom. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and only 4 disposable towels in the bathroom instead of actual towels. We used as little of the apartment as possible and kept ourselves busy with fantastic activities around the city. We will visit Qingdao again but definitely stay in another apartment.

The hotel was well below average. I wouldn’t give it any rating. It was difficult to find the reception but the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Great location but poor cleanliness.

I don’t know if the sheets were changed or not, there was a smell, and there were hairs on the pillow! Anyway, I won’t consider living in this type of apartment again when I place an order. Please be careful when traveling, the bathroom is very dirty! There is a rope for you to flush the toilet, very creative! It is recommended that you choose a hotel instead of an apartment hotel.

The room far exceeded my expectations, very clean and tidy. The two ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. It is also very close to the beach on foot and you can see the sea from the room.

Facilities: The equipment is old but functional, and there are no signs of hand washing. There are also advantages: it has a lot of space and is convenient for a family to live in. It has good sound insulation and is very close to the Golden Beach. The pictures on my phone looked good, but they didn’t match the reality. It was written that I would check in at 2 o’clock, but when I went there, I was told that the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, so I couldn’t move in until almost three o’clock. Overall it's quite satisfactory.
