Kunlun Heyue Resort Hotel (Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center, May Fourth Square) Reviews

The service was excellent. On the first night, our room was a bit noisy because it was too close to the elevator. After we reported the issue, the staff promptly upgraded us to a spacious, bright, and clean family room. Plus, it had a great sea view right outside!

I booked a family room, and the toilet seat was broken and extremely old. Luckily, I brought a disposable toilet seat cover, otherwise, I wouldn't have felt comfortable using the restroom. We had to ask the staff to clean the room every day, but they never cleaned the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged. We had to pull out hair ourselves; the staff didn't bother to clean it. We also had to wipe the dust off the tables with tissues every day. The fried dough sticks at breakfast were so hard they were inedible, and the soy milk was watery. The curtains didn't close properly. The hotel hallway carpets had a lot of stains. It's a rip-off to pay this price for such a hotel. I would never stay here again if I visit Qingdao.

The room was spacious and bright, fully equipped, exceeding my expectations for the stay. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, perfect for taking photos. The church architecture is magnificent and full of history, definitely worth a visit. The harbor scenery is charming, with boats coming and going, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, the itinerary was well-planned, allowing for a fun and relaxing trip.

The front desk staff, Liu, was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic.

We arrived late at night, but the lovely front desk staff still gave us a warm welcome. The environment is great, and the breakfast in particular was fantastic with a wide variety of choices. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in town.

Located right next to the Olympic Sailing Centre. Breakfast is good. Room amenities are basic. Room service is prompt. Plenty of eateries in the vicinity

The location is great, right next to the Olympic Sailing Center, and the sea view is fantastic. The hygiene is also good. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old, but everything else is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Hi,just the friendlyness that greet you when check in and check out,by all the staff at reception. Overall clean rooms,and around the whole hotel. Breakfast area very nice ,with a variety off meals. Hotel is alo close to all amenities. One particular reception staff member,zhu xin yu,went out off her way to accommodate us when we ask her to store our luggage. I've been booked into this hotel several times and the service was always good. Thanks, Andre Augus Julius.

Location is great, very calm and quiet area near the sea but close to restaurants and bars. Service is also great, friendly and helpful. Recommend 👍🏽 Some of the rooms has a bath tub 🥰

Hotel was well situated and good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were some great sites very close by for walks and entertainment.

Near the Olympic Sailing Centre, where you can walk around the area for beautiful view. Huge room. Metro is a little further away but still within walking distance.

Location is great. You go out from the hotel and you are directly at the olympic sailing area. There are some malls also nearby. Unfortunately the maintenance is not that good. Room is not so clean. And the corridors look old and not clean.
