帶孩子來青島看望朋友兼旅行。第一個晚上空調壞了，被子很厚，半夜一身的汗被熱醒。第二天我們出行前和前台説明情況，倒是很快有人過來維修。前台説如果修不好給換房間，但是對第一晚上的不便沒有任何歉意和表示。

6月1號晚上洗澡到一半，門外被自稱是工作人員的男性敲門説樓下投訴吵，問我房間有沒有小朋友，叫我小點聲，真的一整個大無語，請問我住的房間裏是誰前台會查不到嗎？兩位成年女性入住，本來就沒有小朋友，如果這樣放小朋友進來酒店不知道是不是管理監控不到位？反倒怪起顧客來了，而且在晚上22點半後突然一個男性來敲門，這個安全性令人擔心，住得十分沒有安全感，自己住的房間也能聽到隔壁房間的聲音有説有笑的，酒店隔音效果並不好。

地理位置很方便：地鐵2號線燕兒島路站零距離，公交車站距離2分鐘左右，樓下便利店也都有
服務態度很好：有問題盡力幫忙解決
房間挺大，兩個行李箱可攤開，水壓挺大，但是水温不太穩定，聲音方面，外面不吵，不影響睡眠
